A joyous Ides of March!
What would be a suitable activity for this day? To celebrate, why not stab a tyrannt? Or how about stabbing your oppressors? Why not overthrow someone who abused their power and stole from other people, thinking they're all mighty and invincible? No one is invincible, everyone can fall victim to a riot, to a knife (or twenty-three knives). Or to a scalpel, used for surgery, wielded with precision to incise and to remove necrotic or cancerous tissue, who present a threat to the host by poisoning the body and draining its energy like a parasite, in order to save it. Sometimes a sharp force wielded without remorse is required for the greater good.
All for historical reasons concerning Julius Caesar, of course. Only hypothetically.
Beware the ides of march! Sic semper tyrannis!
Oh my, someone is, to put it mildly, upset. Was my phone call that atrocious, making you consider fratricide now? Instigating a riot against the British government would be quite the futile and foolish feat, brother mine. I think your criminal records are already extensive enough without a count of conspiracy against the government.
I know this is hard for you to comprehend, but this is not about you, Mycroft.
Although I know your delusions of grandeur and ego make you think you're the modern day equivalent of Julius Caesar. But not everything is about you, brother dear. However, if you are in fact modern day Caesar, I would be quite careful on the Ides of March and would avoid any gathering of senators with kitchen utensils.
Cave idus martias, frater!
I see. You're putting use to the Latin I taught you. For once, I am not the target of your ire. But you do not deceive me, brother mine. You are upset about someone. Got yourself a new foe? How quaint.
Put that scalpel away, Sherlock. We do not want a repeat performance of what happened last time. Although you might not recall, given the state you were in. I believe you are more aware than I am that a scalpel is not the optimal murder weapon for the perfect crime.
