I have to stop. Completely stop. Stop wasting my time with games and comics.
Both of them became even more terrifying. Not only does it make our precious time useless, it not only attracts us to indulge our lusts, but it also slowly erodes our faith. Absolutely dangerous.
Devils who are actually evil, in their scenarios become neutral or even become the protagonist main chars. Angels who have absolute obedience become weak and commit transgressions. The gods they worship seems to have power against the power of destiny and God's will.
Various immorality and vices are legalized and justified with contrived reasons. Killing, hurting, stealing, robbing, in the name of revenge. As if justice must be upheld in bad ways. As if God Almighty does not have justice.
Fictional scenario added while wishing after regretting a destiny. Reincarnation, isekai, time travel, magic, etc. Their wild imagination keeps us far from our true means of life in the world: for our afterlife.
I have to stop. Not just want to, but MUST. If what I want is a better life, to live as a real human, to live a more vibrant life, to feel love, sympathy, empathy, concern, etc. for this ummah, for humans, for Allah's creatures, I really have to stop.
O Allah, help me to stop 😭 I want to stop 😭 replace my pleasure enough by loving my family and enjoying reading Qur'an... indeed both of them are enough for my entertainment; both of them are two of the most beautiful gifts from You for my life.
