We have three drum majors and one of them just joined as a junior, and the other two are seniors like me. Those two and I actually auditioned together two years ago, but because I worked I didn’t go to any meetings and fucked up the audition. Apparently a past drum major was supposed to train me and she didn’t, so now we have two fucking idiots leading our band who can’t conduct or stay in time and have the leadership of a walrus. Never have I regretted fucking up an audition so much in life.
