I want to get out of Orlando with a fiery passion. The allure of O-town may seem charming to those in smaller cities but anyone who lives in Orlando can tell you it’s nothing special.

Sure we’ve got theme parks, which are cool if you’re five. We’ve also got beaches, but they’re infested with sharks and other dangerous sea life. And it’s “sunshine sweet” weather is more like prancing through the depths if hell.

I’ve wanted nothing more than to move to a place where the people are intelligent, the weather is nice and I don’t feel so miserable and stuck all the time. Wanderlust at it’s best? Maybe. however, I have nothing to tie me here, my significant other has vowed to never leave Florida, i have no friends, my family isn’t close and colleges don’t particularly care where you move and transfer to as long as they are getting your money.

I just want to go away somewhere, to a millennial city where everyone is facing the same mid 20’s crisis and find friends and lovers and dance and drink and read and live and see the fucking stars.

I remember telling tumblr how much I liked this handsome guy I met at a party and how I was too scared to pursue anything with him and who knew that in 2016 he would become the love of my life for the last two years.
