I don’t have an appropriate caption for this kind of fuckery. Also, she’s talking about Harrison Ford. [part 1]
There was no in-between for him (insp.)
I found this in a bookstore while I was on spring break and I WANT IT! I flipped through it and it looks really cool (plus the cover art is amazing.) I mean, anyone who rewrites the entire script of every Star Wars movie in the style of Shakespeare has to be an insanely dedicated Star Wars fan.
I just love this gif (^-^)
Spacemarried Week Day 2
Spacemarried Week April 7th- Alone time Rated PG-13 (Just to be safe...there is a kissing scene.) Kanan had no idea how he had gotten into the supply closet. It had been a rough day, training with Ezra had gone horribly wrong. Sabine had volunteered one of her paint cans and the goal was for Ezra to lift it up off of the table and place it on a nearby shelf. Considering how much Ezra had been improving recently, Kanan thought it would be a breeze. In hindsight, maybe he shouldn't have let Sabine and Zeb watch. Anyway, after several tries (with a lot of frustrated grunting involved) Ezra couldn't get the can off the table without it falling. Zeb and Sabine began to giggle at the way Ezra's fave was contorted in intense concentration. Kanan shot them a dirty look but it was too late, Ezra had noticed. "Guys STOP!" He shouted, his hands balling into fists. The paint can fell back onto the table and sat precariously on the edge. "Maybe we should try something else." Kanan suggested. "Just give me one more shot. I got really close last time." He pleaded. Kanan sighed and nodded. Ezra squeezed his eyes shut, crouched, and held his hands out. The can shakily rose from the table and slowly moved over to the shelf. Zeb and Sabine started laughing quietly again, and his face instantly darkened. Suddenly Kanan heard a loud popping noise. He reached for his lightsaber and at that same moment felt a wave of something wet and sticky hit him. He looked down and realized he was covered in bright pink paint. The entire room was covered in it. "Wow." Zeb said. Ezra had gotten so frustrated he had tightened his grip on the can and the pressure caused it to explode. Sabine was shooting daggers at Ezra, "Seriously? Do you know how hard it is to get paint these days?" Ezra stuttered, trying to find an answer. Kanan sighed, "All of you clean this mess up. Don't leave a speck of pink. You're lucky I'm not telling Hera you just painted her entire kitchen magenta." Their eyes widened, realizing what would happen if Hera found out. "Got it?" He said, a bit louder than he intended to. They nodded and started looking for a mop. Kanan walked out of the kitchen, trying to ignore the headache that had been tormenting him all day. He passed his room and opened the door to the supply closet. A draft of cool air escaped. It was dark, quiet, and there was plenty of room (they never quite knew what to put in there so it was just a bunch of mechanical tools, extra sheets, towels, and a bucket of Sabine's old, used paint brushes.) Kanan pulled down a towel, spread it out on the floor, and sat on it. He pushed the door closed, leaving only a crack so that the air wouldn't be stuffy. He closed his eyes and tried to clear his mind. Why has today been so bad? It was just a paint can. At least no one got hurt, right? But something unsettled him about the accident. Anger with Ezra was a recurring issue. He was so strong with the force, but he always let his emotions get the best of him. It seemed like a recipe for disaster, and Kanan was worried that he wasn't helping things. He wasn't a jedi master. Why had he ever decided to take on a padawan? Maybe this was just a mistake. Maybe he was just endangering Ezra. And what about Sabine? They were both too young to be doing this. The Empire was ruthless and didn't care how young they were. If they got caught Kanan would be responsible. Kanan sighed heavily, sometimes things were just too much. He felt a draft and opened his eyes. Hera was standing in the doorway holding a cup of tea. She had a concerned look on her face. "What's wrong, love?" Kanan sighed, "A lot of things. Have you seen the kitchen?" Hera chuckled softly, "Yes I have. I actually kind of like it," her faced turned worried again, "but I know that's not what's bothering you." "You're right, it's Ezra. I'm worried he's too old. I've been trying my best to train him but he just doesn't know how to let go. He keeps giving into his emotions. I mean, this 'paint incident' wasn't the first time. I don't want him to fall to the dark side. I've seen what he's capable of and I'm scared I'm just making it worse. It's so exhausting being responsible for him. I'm just...scared." Hera slowly lowered herself to the floor, being careful not to spill the tea. "Here," she said, thrusting the warm cup into his hand. Kanan sniffed it warily. Peppermint. "You know I don't like tea." "Well you should," she said, smiling. "Now drink some. Zeb and Sabine are in the cockpit so we have plenty of time to work this out." "Where's Ezra?" "His room. They tried wiping off the paint but it wouldn't work. That just made things worse and he stormed off. I told everyone to leave him alone, it's been a rough day for him too." Kanan nodded, taking a big gulp of the hot tea. "So, this Jedi thing," Hera said, "you don't think Ezra is ready for it?" "That's the thing. I don't know. I have no way of knowing." "Well, I would just listen to your gut. Give him a break for a few days. Then start training again, one on one. No distractions, and no Zeb and Sabine." Kanan couldn't help but laugh, "Yeah maybe that wasn't such a good idea. I just need to show Ezra that the training isn't just using the force and slicing things in half with his lightsaber. Being a jedi involves a lot of mental exercises. He needs to learn how to meditate. I remember my master teaching me..." "See? You know what to do. Sometimes you just need to calm down, take a break, and think. Now can I have some of that tea?" He handed the cup to her and closed his eyes. It was amazing how much Hera had helped...she had always been so reasonable and level headed...she knew exactly how to calm him down... And then he felt her lips on his. They were full and soft and tasted of peppermint. His hands came up and placed themselves on the sides of her face. He felt her arms wrap around his shoulders. They moved closer and closer, caught in their forbidden embrace. Finally Hera pulled away and Kanan opened his eyes. "Wow," he breathed softly, "what was that?" Hera smiled and laughed, "That my dear, was a kiss. One I've been waiting a long time to give you." Kanan's eyes widened in realization, "But I can't...I'm a..." "Oh save it," Hera snapped, a familiar fire blazing in her eyes, "think of what you're feeling right now." Kanan nodded, blushing at the thoughts that arose. Hera continued, "The Jedi Council says that those feelings are wrong right? Well they're not here to boss you around anymore. So obviously their little 'emotions are destructive' code didn't work. And I can promise you, one kiss won't ruin your lightsaber skills." She smiled, obviously relieved to have gotten that off her chest. Kanan paused, trying to register everything she had just said. "Well...I guess you're right..." "Of course I am dear." She leaned in and climbed onto his lap, titling her head upwards for another kiss.

Spacemarried Week!
Remember folks, spacemarriedweek begins today
(That is, for people living in timezones more to the east from GMT-4; USAsian will have to wait up to an additional 4 hours before spacemarried week begins – but I digress)
Here is the announcement, and the daily themes
Here is the Tumblr tag
Remember folks, spacedad is already canon, spacemom is strongly hinted in canon (that note in Sabine’s sketchbook), and spacemarried is practically shown in canon (minus the kiss, unfortunately, which YOU get a chance to fix this week)
Also, the creators of the show had said so
So let us begin this joyful week where we celebrate THE One True Pair.
