Mermay Day 31: Fashionista

Here’s the last of my Mermay illustrations. My first concept for this piece was a mermaid with an fancy tail and fins in a high fashion pose. But that didn’t feel quite right so I hit the drawing board again and tried to come up with a story to go along with it.
