I’m gonna copy what I said on Twitter, just to have that on here as well. In case you’re unaware, he posted a vlog featuring an actual, real, victim of suicide. I said on Twitter:

“Alright. Can we just stop now? Can we all just agree that this was the lowest of the low, worse than reaction videos, worse than fake pranks. Let’s let this be it, m'kay, and everything from here on out will be better? Go back to Vine, Paul. Oh wait.

And don’t go watch the video. Don’t share it, don’t link it, don’t post it. Don’t give them the views. To these people, you’re nothing but a number in a bank account. Don’t give them the satisfaction.”

To which I would add that is completely despicable, and sickening behaviour. That even going through with recording something like this would even cross someone’s mind, let alone edit it and then upload it to YouTube and a fanbase of 15 million kids is utterly disgusting. He knowingly trivialised and profited of someone who had actually committed suicide. All while hiding behind the guise of “raising awareness” because he thinks that will safeguard him against negative critique. Who could be opposed to awareness, RIGHT? And, while I guess it shouldn’t be, it still is surprising to me that people are ACTUALLY defending him, for this. It really goes to show not only how blind and impressionable some fans can be, but also how incredibly manipulative and exploitative this type of people are. The fact that he couldn’t even resist bragging about how he’s making a “15 minute TV show every day” in his “apology” tweet shows where his priorities lay. This is the lowest I’ve ever seen, on YouTube. A strike on his channel is to lenient.

okok so logan paul tweeted about the video and the video itself is down for a while, but i think the response isn’t logical. he made fun of the person who committed suicide so he could spread awareness for suicide? it doesn’t fit in my opinion. what do you think jack?

His response and “apology” is as garbage as he is. He couldn’t even say sorry without having to stroke his own ego and congratulate himself on how well he’s doing at the same time.

Really shows a lot about his character and personality with these decisions. He is not a good person and is completely disconnected from reality.
