Note to Self

Hey you. You're a warrior. You love deeply and fall hard, but you are resilient to always survive through heartache. Here we are again. Another boy abused your kindness. You feel crushed, and you want to completely isolate yourself. Do that for how long you need to, but always remember that your worth is independent of what people think. You have so many in your corner wanting the best and caring so much for you. Serve them with love. Work on you. Build your confidence again so that you can shine bright. Don't allow people in your past ruin your present. They are not worth it. They never deserved you. They brought you down. They didn't make you better. You don't need them. Before you say yes, get him angry. See him scared, see him wanting, see him sick. Stress changes a person. Guilty.

It's so easy for me to tell women who don't fit society's standards of beauty that they are fabulous, gorgeous women and to believe it 100%; however, when it comes to myself, I point out all of my "imperfections" and desire to have the perfect body according to society. I feel so guilty for this.
