Just started this yoga program with a friend- and it's free! The instructor is clear and relaxed, and the sessions aren't too long. Highly recommend!
Smoother Recipe #23... Mocha Latte with an Extra Shot - 2 scoops chocolate 180 mix - 1/4 tsp cocoa powder - 4 oz coffee (leftover from the morning) - 4 oz milk - 1 shot espresso or 1-2 tsp instant coffee - ice Perfect for a Monday!

I subscribe to an online yoga studio because we don't really have any studios in town. It's a cost-effective way to get access to some great classes. I switch studio subscriptions a lot so I'll keep posting my favorites over the next few weeks :)
