But the Earth Nation was the one to attack.

Sasuke takes the role of Katara, who was part of the Sothern Fire Tribe, till the Earth Nation came and killed everyone in his tribe. Then he is adopted by the neighboring tribe. He dreams of avenging his people just like Katara.

Shikamaru as Sokka, a non bender who seams lazy at the begging but is a great strategist. His father was the one to adopt Sasuke into his tribe, and now they argue a lot. The two of them were fighting on the day they met the avatar.

Naruto as Aang, who still is the same sweet and chaotic kid, who is trying to figure how to be the Avatar and stop the Earth Lord. Kurama is Appa in this, a more angry bison.

After a lot has happened they find Sakura, who takes the role of Toph. She struggles with her civilian family that doesn’t understand her need to fight. She is an amazing waterbender who tries to be patient while teaching Naruto.

Neji takes the role of Zuko. He is part of the branch house of the royal family and all those horrible things still happen to his dad. He protested against his uncle Hiashi, the Earth Lord, at an young age and was banished. He tries to capture the avatar to restore his honour but later realizes that is not what he wants.

Then the amazing Temari as Suki. She is the leader of one of the Kyoshi Warrior bands. She has a cool War Fan and Shikamaru falls in love, of course.

Everything is very Leaf Village Earth Nation critical, with Sarutobi, Danzo, Hyūga main house being villains.

In a Jaytim Targaryen au, what dragons do you think they would ride???

Oh Anon you have no idea how much I needed a fun brainstorm like this tonight...or maybe you do lol.

I haven't thought about jaytim in awhile either. I had a story called Two Dragons AU for jaytim a while back that definitely was inspired by my love for both asoiaf and the witcher worlds. In that Jason had a giant red dragon named Solveig and Tim had a quick black dragon named Umbraskier <3 I may or may not have placed that draft into an original stories idea folder lol.

Jason: Cannibal. After his resurrection he's no longer bonded to his first dragon. He's angry and out for revenge, so he goes for the wild dragon known for eating its own kind.

Tim: Meleys. He sneaks his way into her den to claim her in desperation to slow down Bruce's rage after Jason's death. It leads to him being taken in by the family and is part of why Jason hates him when he comes back. Meleys had been Jason's dragon first.

Bruce: Balerion. Who else? xD

Babs: Dreamfyre. Babs surveillance skill fits with Dreamfyres love for the dragon dreamers.

Dick: Meraxes. He'd need a large dragon to back up all the fights him and Bruce get into lol. Plus I think she's pretty like him and he'd love to go on flights with her for fun like Rhaenys did in the books.

Damian: Vhagar. She's been seen to have a soft spot for troubled boys lol plus I think Damian would go after the dragon closest in power to Bruce's and Dick's dragons.

Alfred: Yes we give him a dragon too and we give him Morning so she can hang out and warm his tense shoulders while he's keeping the household together. He'd accept nothing more than a little lady <3

Duke: Quicksilver. I feel like the name suggest quicksilver is fast and stealthy and Duke would use that to gather any information he needs as fast as possible.

Stephanie: Silverwing just picks her up one day and plucks her into her nest. Steph definitely thinks she's about to be dragon dinner. Meanwhile Silverwing has adopted a new daughter.

Cass: Vermithor. I'm picturing her just walking right up to him and petting his nose to claim him. No fear.
