Tips to lose weight
1. Plan what your meals will be for the week. 2. Drink lots of water 3. If you want a snack eat fruit or vegetables. 4. Only eat one serving of food. No seconds. 5. Don’t buy food that triggers you to over indulge. 6. Eat foods that are low i️n calories and filling. Ex. Deli turkey, Greek yogurt, and hard boiled eggs
7. Don’t give up. Everyone makes mistakes. Just keep going.
Holiday Rules
1. Drink water before you eat your meal
2. Have half of your plate be vegetables.
3. Have a serving of protein (turkey or ham).
4. Then have 2 small portions of side dishes you want
5. Go for a walk before you eat dessert
6. Have one small serving of dessert
Up till my holiday meal I️ will drink lots of water and tea

For the month of February I will be posting what I eat in a day. To help me stay on track. I plan to eat healthy 6 days a week and then one day a week eat what I like. I will be eating under 1200 calories!
