Lou Reed - Going Down (1972)
From Lou’s best forgotten first solo album, this is one the few songs that wasn’t a Velvet Underground retread (though Wild Child is great). It’s actually kinda nice with sympathetic piano by Rick Wakeman. The female background singers may annoy, and I’m assuming that’s Steve Howe wanking away in the background.
