a few years ago, I signed up for an intake appointment with a HAES therapist bc I was so sad and tired from my life being consumed by my eating disorder, but honestly I got so so scared during that first session bc I wasn't quite ready to give up the pursuit of intentional weight loss, so I ghosted her and never made a second appointment

anyway, now I finally feel ready to work with her, but I can't see this particular practitioner bc she doesn't accept my new insurance :-(
