My workspace may look cluttered, but every item has a special place and meaning. I feel deeply connected to the universe and the cosmos, believing in the energy that makes life happen.

When I'm not casting spells or doing rootwork (nothing harmful, only positive vibes here..unless justice is needed), I love to repurpose items and incorporate natural finds into my craft and conjure. I have also plotted out personal oracle sets, and enjoy looking at my altar every day, arranging my tools when the energy seems right.

Nyx Altar

This was my altar for Nyx. She is the goddess if the night. She is powerful and strong. Loud in her silence and mystery.

My altar consists of:

Black candles

Black cloth

Black cauldron (lavender and rose petals inside)

Moonstone (inside of the cauldron)

Hibiscus flowers

Garnet

Smokey Quartz

Black Obsidian

Black ash water

Selenite

Labradorite

I basically went with colors and stones that just felt like Nyx...

Spring Cleaning 2026

It was time to clean up the space and now I have a possible tiny herb garden...

If the mother lovin squirrels would stop digging up my stuff.... for absolutely no reason. I don't care if they dig in the sand because hey, we share the space...but the moment I put my potted sage in the ground and sprinkled some seeds, they dug holes in the dirt so often and much that I had to remove the sage in fear of it dying (if she isn't already on her way).

I tried cayenne pepper 🌶️ and these little so and so's don't seem to care. So now the dirt looks like I added red powder on top because before I was trying to be nice...now, I'm not.

Bitterdock Itch B Gone Salve

I get bit EVERY summer and I'm trying to be proactive at this point. I have my picaridin spray and 🧴 lotion for repelling and now I've got this salve for when I get bit.

So to the neighbors yard and into my kitchen I go!

Butters and oils and herbs and....BITTERDOCK!

Ideally, you should use the leaves/stalks straight, but I'm not always going to have a fresh leaf on me at all times 😂

Bitterdock is well known for its itch relief priorities for things like stinging nettle and skin irritations.

I might have went a little overboard with how many I made, so I guess into the shop they go!

Found some Black Walnuts on our trip...

I thought they were no good inside since it's well past the season, but after sawing one open I discovered that, 1) they are some tough shells and 2) the nut meat was still good! I didn't eat it though, just in case.

I left two whole, cleaned, polished them and put varnish on one. You can see it on the far right.

The one I cut in half I cleaned the outside and inside, polished one half, but have only varnished the outside of that half.

I'm not sure what I want to do with them yet so they are currently in the backdrop of my card taking shows...
