BRYAN DECHART. HE/HIM / have you ever heard of I Am Easy to Find by The National, well, it describes BRADLEY REID to a tee! the thirty-two year old, and GRAPHIC DESIGNER & WEB DEVELOPER was spotted browsing through the stalls at portobello road market last sunday, do you know them? would you say HE is more RESENTFUL or more CONSIDERATE instead? anyway, they remind me of smoke clouds in the air, leather jackets, and starry skies, maybe you’ll bump into them soon! [ RAE / SHE/HER / TWENTY-SIX / EST ]
Here are some basics on Bradley and I can’t wait to see what will happen while he’s in Notting Hill!
Bradley Nicholas Reid was born and raised in San Diego, California
He still has a good relationship with his mother, not so much his father. His father separated himself from Bradley and his mom. Bradley has no siblings and was an only child that had no desire for siblings.
Brad’s father has not kept contact with him or his mother. Also, Brad doesn’t expect to ever talk to or see him again.
He has very good relationship with his mother, and she has since remarried after Bradley graduated high school. He’s been incredibly supportive of her relationship with another woman and would never wish to see her unhappy.
His love for art came from many art shows he remembered watching on the TV as a child (Bob Ross being a huge inspiration). He taught himself the basics of Photoshop when he was in computer class and often got himself in trouble because of his love for the hobby that would one day be his career.
During his last year of high school, he applied for three art colleges with the hopes of getting accepted into his first choice, California College of the Arts. (He then pursued his passions there.)
He managed to stick with them for three years and successfully graduate with a graduate degree of design.
He currently is an independent artist and web developer and has a lengthy list of clients that use his work and he still has his books open for new projects.
For him, he wanted to see what else existed and London was a place on his bucket list that he wanted to go to, but ended up loving it so much and moving there.
He has been here for at least five years and would like to see where it takes his life.
Random Headcanons:
Prior to moving to West London, he was living with one of his close friends from art college, but he knew they weren’t going to stop mooching off of him and his stuff so he took off and left them behind.
Photography is another art form he loves, and he owns quite a few different cameras.
Bradley has one cat named Whiskers and he’s about three years old. He rescued him from an animal welfare shelter and has loved him ever since.
The TV trope for him came from the fact that in even the worst of times, he would always find a way to find a light to get through it. He’s uplifting and wants to help others.
The genre of music he listens mostly to is indie alternative.
In his free time, you might find him at an art museum, at a nearby coffee shop enjoying a nice refreshing iced coffee, or even in his apartment just thinking of ideas for his next projects.
He loves sunrises and often finds himself taking short walks to watch the beauty of them in the morning. He’s a morning person.

Bradley only wanted to do this out of the wanting to learn another art medium, but was a little caught off guard because he did not think he was doing a great job on his vase so far. “I haven’t but I’m glad my techniques make it look like I have,” he smiled back before taking a look at the piece the other was working on. “Have you tried putting a little less pressure on the pedal?” He didn’t want to come off rude, he just wanted to trouble shoot a bit to help the other.
“They’re trying to get crafty with flavors, huh? I feel it should almost be served on some bread, like the trend of avocado on toast?” Bradley looked from the other back to the menu. “Are there any other intriguing flavors you’ve tried yet?”

the sight of the wallet on the floor pulls minjun’s attention away from the computer screen in front of him . he glances to see someone standing nearby , oblivious to the item on the ground . with a sigh he leans down to pick it up , pulling one airpod free from his ear as he coughs slightly to get their attention . “ did you drop this ? ”
bradley turned to where the voice came from and walked back. he patted his pocket and felt like there’s something missing. “yes, thanks, i think i’d be pretty lost without that.” if he were to lose that, he would’ve felt horrible, just to tack onto his day. he held his hand out to take it back. “what would you have done if someone didn’t claim it?” he didn’t want to come off as if his id wasn’t in there, because it certainly was.
