All commissions follow these terms unless specified otherwise.
I reserve all rights to the image (not the characters), and do not allow reposting without express permission. Express permission means: In a written signed document. You don’t have my permission, even if I’m dead, unless you have a signed piece of paper.
NEW: As of 3/10/2021: This applies to all past, present, and future commissions and fanworks: My clients and fans do not have the right to mint/sell their commission(s)/ or my found fanwork for NFT. This also goes for A.I. Programs and their ilk. I do not consent for anyone to use my art for A.I. Learning and/or projects. Thank you.
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. (Unless otherwise agreed upon)
You must be over 18 to purchase spicy artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Abusive behavior will result in me canceling your commission. You will never be refunded in this instance.
When payment is received it implies you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.

COPYRIGHT AND REPOSTING POLICIES
I reserve all rights to the commissioned artwork. The commissioner may not repost the artwork to their own gallery/blog without direct credit and watermark. They may not publicly or privately sell, use, attach, or allow download/reuse of the finished piece without prior agreement and consent. I do not allow tracing/recoloring/finishing/editing/shopping of any of my works by other artists/commissioners for any reason.
I have the full right to use any artwork to promote my galleries/commission openings and any other places I deem fit. I have the right to post the artwork to my gallery; commissioners will be credited for their characters and patronage.
______________________________________________________________
If a commission needs to be cancelled, based on artist discretion, you may receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the artwork has been completed. In cases of abuse you will not be refunded for any reason. Please remember that I do not allow another artist to complete a work I have lined/started/etc.
If /I/ have to cancel the commission for any reason, the commissioner will receive a full refund. I am a disabled artist and for reasons of mental or physical health, I may need to cancel or reschedule your commission. If you aren’t amenable to rescheduling I will outright refund you.
If artwork has a tight deadline I reserve the right to charge a rush fee.
What you see is what you get. I've gone hands off. I may make minor revisions upon request, but after I’ve received approval on the initial piece, I will NOT make any new revisions/additions (Example: I have been looking at it obsessively for the last 72 hours since you sent it, and after telling you it was great, I decided I don’t like the pose at all or the color of the lipstick even though I agreed on the pose and the colors. Fix it for free because I didn’t know what I wanted! e,e). Minor changes are at artist’s discretion.
Major changes require additional fees. I reserve the right to decide what constitutes a major or minor change.
Finished artwork will NOT be revised. I will be glad to paint you something else or do a full repaint at my normal fee schedule.

Please provide me with a valid email address where I can send your WIP’s for approval. Gmail works best for this due to file size restrictions. This will also be where I will email your final piece as discord and other messenger services may squish your file. I can send you your file though Discord, as long as you don’t need print quality files.
Please make sure to send enough *organized* reference material:
Visual material for your character/s includes: Your own and/or commissioned artwork, in-game screenshots/armory/links to models or photographs that you feel represent your character most closely/screen caps from movies or fan sites/manga pages/novel illustrations. If your character has an outfit that has not yet been designed: Please give me sufficient reference material for the different pieces of the outfit. Written descriptions of your character/s personality, and if you have a preference of what kind of pose/expression you wish them to be in/have are also helpful things to know.
If it is possible for me to add an additional item or character, there will be a surcharge that must be paid for extra time and work.
Last but not least, please provide me with your Tumblr/DeviantArt/Twitter and/or other username/site/fanfiction link/fiction link so I can credit you properly. I am more than glad to include links to your fiction/website/bio/profile.

Donations:
I do take donations to help defer the cost of Project Warmage. Reserving tables at conventions, hosting the website, paying for editors and translators, and of course, printing books, either initially to sell or to donate to libraries and schools, is very expensive. It’s extremely important, especially in this day and age, that vulnerable minority groups (such as the LGBTQIA2S+ community) see themselves positively represented in media. Project Warmage began over five years ago, and is written by an neuro-spicy transman, and supported by a maverick queer Indie publishing team that makes sure that books and positive media makes their way to those who need them. For more information please visit: https://www.warmage.ca/about/ and to donate, you can do so through Stripe here: https://buy.stripe.com/bIYdRi4by2bgdNeeUU
Thank you!
