Watch what people do & talk about and it will tell you who and where they are in life. A silly example would be a person who claims to be obsessed with health and fitness but spends their time partying, smoking, doing drugs, eating unhealthy foods etc.

These little things matter because you will find that a lot of people create a mask / fake personality in order to impress others and try to create false compatibility. A person who lives x life has x habits and x mindset (yes there is wiggle room, but the core stays the same)
