Here’s some silly bird drawings I made. Art felt more like a job than a fun hobby recently, since I’m very dedicated to making comics, so here’s some birds!

The love bird is my beloved bird named “lady” who sadly passed last October. The scrub jay and the green parrot (Kakariki) art blueberry and Herby! The other two are just for fun.

Sometimes, we can be blind-sighted by jealousy and often forget the things that we have or need fixing.

In an era like this, it is crucial that people start working together to create not only a better planet and environment for us, but to the many species of animals we share this tiny blue dot with. We are fully responsible for what comes next in our tiny existence, so we must care for it and not punish others and ourselves due to our mistakes and actions. Luxury is temporary, but the value of life lasts longer.

Every year, more than one species goes extinct, either if we have knowledge of it or not. We only have so much time left here, so let’s make the last few seconds of action to be selfless, daring, courageous, honest, loud, and righteous to help our planet. Stop waiting for instructions.

Just do it.

Also, I just wanted to make a semi-funny comic to practice my autonomy.

Two friends trying to survive… which means one can slack off, while the other starts a fire.

I’m particularly proud of this piece since I was able to work on a much larger scale and add more detail. And plus—added a new character! I’ve improved a significant amount since starting to take art seriously in January. I hopefully get to learn color theory soon, so I can bring my creations to color for you guys!
