This chair has been spotted twice, though almost certainly more than that over the years. It was first seen in the 1998 film Elizabeth, where Cate Blanchett used it as Queen Elizabeth I. It was seen again with the velvet on the arm rests and the gold paint removed in the 2012 Snow White and the Huntsman, where it was used by Kristen Stewart as Snow White. 

The chair is meant to be a replica of St.Edward’s chair, also referred to as King Edward’s Chair or the Coronation Chair, which you can learn more about here.
