okay but. jack showed cas a perfect future where he gets his fully-powered wings back and by the end he is actually LOSING his power altogether with no explanation. the end of spn was not the perfect world jack promised because. because. because

I don't think that was intended by the writers, but I definitely prefer this outcome.

And not to make everything about the gay angel, but maybe this could be an explanation as to why Cas didn't get to see Dean again at the end. I mean he was the reason that Chuck's story broke in the first place, so it would be in his best interests to keep him away from Sam and Dean in the end.

Also the fact that Jack did the same thing that Chuck did by leaving the world as is. There are still monsters, evil people, corruption and greed. Nothing changed in the end.
