My name is Nadya Sokolova. Some of you might know me as Vektra, I'm not that person anymore. I was experimented on because some idiots thought me and my twin had potential, safe to say they aren’t alive anymore.

I lost my brother a year later, only have memories to remember him. I'm barely seventeen and I’m bisexual, should also warn you I'm stronger than I look. I work at the coffee shop down the road, dont be surprised when I sass you. I also have a dog named Scout to help me with my PTSD, hurt him and you won’t live to see the next day. I work as a paramedic trying to use my powers to good use. Sometimes I'll pick up shifts at the coffee store downtown.

Her hair is tied up into a tight bun, and she's dressed in a black tactical suit and a mask that's almost like a muzzle. Her expression is blank, her steps mechanically even as she moves completely silently through various side rooms, looking for something - files containing intel that HYDRA needs. FRIDAY has been knocked offline along with almost anything else that could alert anyone. She isn't caught before she gets to the war room, but an alert is sent to the few people currently in the building without her knowledge. She heard an alarm go off nearby and went to go check it out when she saw a figure looking at her. “Hello…?”

Rory stares at her for a moment, sizing her up. She doesn't seem like a serious opponent... Regardless, she pulls her knife out and lunges at the other person, still eerily silent.

“Shit-“ She jumps back and barely doges it, “Damn, not even going to ask me for lunch first before attacking me?” She’s joking, trying to defuse the situation.

Rory doesn't say anything. Assets do not speak unless given permission. She snarls, holding her hand out and generating an electric shock towards her.

It hits her arm and she holds it, “Okay, i guess not then. A shame since i hear i’m nice to talk to.” She tries getting her weapon only to realize it’s in the room she was in and it’s behind the girl. She starts looking around trying to see if there’s anything she can do to get there, still holding her arm.

Electricity crackles at Rory's hands. There are various weapons around the room, and Rory hasn't cornered Nadya yet.

She dashes to the weapons she dances reach. She puts a gun in her holster just to be sad and grabs a knife. “Alright, what else you got?”

Rory pulls her knife out again, tossing it and using her powers to repel any metal away from her. It flies towards Nadya in response.

“Fuck.” She tries dodging them but she barely misses some of them. Most of them left cuts on her but she ignores them. “Okay probably shouldn’t have said that.” She takes the knife and moves it around to get used to the weight before facing Rory.

The knife's just out of range of Rory's field. She growls, lunging past Nadya. She needs to get her files and go.

She does what’s probably a stupid thing to do and runs after Rory and tackles her to the floor, trying to get on top.

Rory snarls, pushing at her and trying to get on top herself. Her mask gets knocked off and she tries to bite her.

Rory's been missing for about a year. She disappeared on a random day, going completely untraced, and hasn't been seen again until now. She breaks into the tower via a window, but she's... different. Her hair is tied up into a tight bun, and she's dressed in a black tactical suit and a mask that's almost like a muzzle. Her expression is blank, her steps mechanically even as she moves completely silently through various side rooms, looking for something - files containing intel that HYDRA needs. FRIDAY has been knocked offline along with almost anything else that could alert anyone. She isn't caught before she gets to the war room, but an alert is sent to the few people currently in the building without her knowledge. It doesn't say who it is, but it says that there's an intruder as well as their location.

The translation of Aurora is "fresh start", and that's exactly what Rory's looking for as she steps off the train with a ratty backpack slung over one shoulder and an overconfident smile curling her lips. She's going to kick New York's ass.

Well, that is, after she figures out what she's going to do to get to an ass-kicking position. She's got about a hundred bucks and some dreams to her name, and that doesn't get her all that far here. Plus, she's got no clue where she's going. She picks a stranger to stop and approaches them with a friendly smile. "Hey, do you know how to get to... Uh... Anywhere, really?"
