The Prophet ï·ș never spoke ill of a meal.
Aboo HurayrÄh, áčąaងīង Muslim No. 2064 (via aboonoor)
Ameen Aameen Ya Rabb!
A story about our beloved Prophet SAW
One day a poor man brought a bunch of grapes to the holy prophet Muhammad SAW as a gift. The holy prophet SAW ate one, two, three and then the whole bunch of grapes by himself.
He did not offer grapes to anyone present.
The poor man who bought those grapes was very pleased and left.
One of the companions asked, "O Prophet of Allah SAW ! How come you ate all the grapes by yourself and did not offer to any of us present?"
The Holy Prophet SAW smiled and said, "I ate all the grapes by myself because the grapes were sour. If I would have offered you, you might have made funny faces and that would have hurt the feelings of that poor man.
I thought to myself it's better that I eat all of them cheerfully and please the poor man, I did not want to hurt the feelings of that poor old man."
Such were the manners of this most noble Prophet of Allah SAW.
In the process of judging others, you forgot to judge yourself. You did not realize that judging others could breed jealousy and hate, while judging yourself could spark a positive change.Â
reminder for all. #islam
I have surrendered myself to You, I have directed my face to You, I have entrusted my affairs to You, I have compelled my back to refuge in You, in want and in fright of You, there is no resort nor survival from You except (in turning) to You. I have faith in Your book (i.e. the Qurâan) which You brought down and in the Prophet you have sent.
Prophet Muhammad ï·ș would make this duÊżÄÊŸ when ever going to bed and also stated, âWhoever says this and dies in his sleep, has died in a state of the natural monotheism (Fitrah).â [Al-Bukhari, cf. Al-Asqalani, Fathul-Bari 11/113, Muslim 4/2081.] (via almuttaqun)
âIf Allah knows any good in your hearts, he will give you something betterâŠâ
[Surah Anfal, 8:70]
A hundred years from now when you are alone in your grave, no one will care how much money you had, what car you drove or what kind of house you lived in. The only thing that will matter then will be your righteous deeds.

v.
clean your space. open a window and let in light, air: let the room breathe.
disconnect everything. belong entirely to yourself, even if only for an hour.
take a walk. go from your bedroom to the kitchen, from the top of your street to the bottom. if itâs raining, take a coat.
make a cup of tea or coffee. (if you donât like those, water, etc.) drink it sat down. concentrate on the way it fills you up; finish it completely.
set yourself three goals for the day. write them down; small things, baby steps. (eat an apple, write a sentence, take a shower, paint your nails, do your hair, change your clothes.)
strike them out when youâve finished.
write a letter. dedicate it to the present, past, future, to no one, to yourself. post it, or save it for some other day.
listen to your body. listen to the way it moans and aches: if itâs hungry, feed it. if itâs tired, sleep. treat it, nurture it.
love your fucking self. appreciate each capillary, muscle, bone because itâs yours, and it always will be. you are your own pillar. stay upright. stand tall.
Donât you think thereâs a problem when we live in a society that considers a womanâs greatest accomplishment being pretty for a man?
