がっつりのおうちランチ定食です。 たっぷりの千切りキャベツの上にロースカツをドーン！ ぎりぎり乗りました笑。

茄子とピーマンの揚げ浸しと 人参のなます 胡瓜の海苔和え もち麦入りごはんに キノコとネギのお味噌汁。

お茶碗とかは結構小ぶりのものを使っているので 無理矢理お盆にまとめちゃいました！
