He smiled brightly upon catching the blondes eye, the closer he got the louder and faster his heart began to beat, so that he was almost convinced that anyone close enough would be able to hear it. He began trying to calm himself, hoping that he wouldn't say anything too stupid. The whole time that he was walking toward her he was taking in her appearance, having never seen anything as beautiful in his entire life.

As they reached each other, the words stuck in his throat, he couldn’t think of the perfect way to describe her. “Wow… You look absolutely amazing” He smiled, reaching out to stroke her cheek, almost afraid that he was dreaming and would awaken if he didn’t make sure she was actually there. “Like an angel…”

She stared deeply into his blue eyes while he was stroking her cheek, with a small smile on her face. She felt somewhat relieved to hear that she looked absolutely amazing to him, as long as she looked nice to him nothing else really mattered to her. "T-Thank you Roxas, you look handsome yourself, just like a prince." She giggled slightly. Smiling sweetly towards him, she was already starting to feel that the ball would be a night she will never forget.

The nervous teen was stood watching the scene before him. The hall was crowded with happy couples dancing to their hearts content, few others were by themselves and the majority of the people in the hall looked like they were truly enjoying themselves. The blond sighed, he had never been good with any type of social event. Roxas had only recently arrived himself, the whole short time he had been there he had been looking for Namine, unsure of what to expect as it was fairly difficult to recognize anyone in their fancy attire. He himself was feeling uncomfortable in the dress robes he had to wear for this occasion.

He couldn’t help but panic, he was truly worried about whether or not he looked decent, or how he should act, among countless other things that flooded his mind. These thoughts however, were completely wiped from his mind when he saw who had just entered the room. She looked absolutely stunning, and he had a hard time to try and pull himself together and actually walk over rather than just stand there and gape like a mindless fool. So he inhaled and walked towards her, waving to try and catch her attention.

As she entered the room, she noticed the blonde waving to her and her face immediately brightened up, however she felt even more nervous than before. What if he thought she didn't look good? What if she makes a fool out of herself tonight?All these scenarios in her head was beginning to make her feel sick. Come on Namine, nothing bad will happen tonight... Calm yourself down. She sighed and forced herself to not think about the negative things that would happen tonight.

She began walking towards him slowly, holding onto her dress just incase she trips. The closer she got to him, the more her heart was beating... As she got a clearer view of Roxas, she had to admit, he looked handsome. She could feel heat spread across her face, she knew she was beginning to blush as she reached Roxas. She was speechless, no words would come out of her mouth, the nerves must have overcome her.

Namine was all ready and set for the yule ball; in her long, white, silky dress with her hair in an up-do. She was excited but nervous for the ball; excited because of the fact that she was going with Roxas and it would be the first ball she would be attending, but nervous as she didn't know how to dance.

Oh no, I'm already late... I should get going, I don't want to leave Roxas waiting. She began to walk towards the Great Hall, continuing to feel nervous.

She took two deep breaths and entered the room. Looking around at all the well-dressed students, she started searching for a certain spiky, blonde haired teen boy. I wonder where he could be, she sighs.

Frowning, he raised an eyebrow at her. “You’re coming to that ball with me, okay?” He wasn’t fond of the idea, but if Kairi was taken, he would have to make someone else go with him, even if it was a mudblood. She was Kairi’s “best friend”, as close as he could get.

She widens her eyes, frowning.. anger rising upon her. "E-Excuse me?!" She was disgusted with the way he had asked her.. "Argh, it's like he's demanding me to go with him" She mumbled to herself. "I-I already have a date to the ball, thank you very much. AND I wouldn't have gone with you even if I didn't have a date!" She finally replied to him. However, she couldn't help but wonder why on earth he had asked her, they didn't even get along.

His plan was genius, except for the fact that he couldn’t find anyone. He had walked past the library before stopping abruptly and glancing towards it, deep in thought. It was worth a shot.

Backtracking, he threw the door open, attracting attention from a few of the small amount of people in the library. Scowling at them, he marched down the aisles, looking for someone who would help him.

When he spotted the petite blonde girl, he smirked to himself. She’d been around Kairi and could help him. Waltzing over quickly, he leant beside her, “Oi, come with me.”

Just as she thought the library would remain peaceful and quiet, she heard the door being opened loudly. She looked towards the door only to see the silver haired teen approaching her.

"W-What? Why?" She raised her eyebrow, confused to why Kadaj would approach her, she had never had a normal conversation with him before. She just continued to wonder, What he could possibly want from her.

She'd been in the library since her free period. Placing a book she had just finished back on the shelf, she looked around, the library was fairly empty. It was nice, she enjoyed the peace and quiet.
