If you want to truly level up into mature womanhood, you must get supremely clear about your incredibly high value and worth and clean up any areas where you are leaking energy that isn’t returning that value and worth back to you. Beloved, the future-you is counting on YOU to do what you need to do to get yourself to your next level and ultimately closer to her. You are her, she who widened her hips and feet and moved herself forward when she was at her lowest. You are her, she who lives the dream life and love story. The future-you is cheering you on. She asks that you center your nutrition, beauty rituals, and female wellness deep tissue practices like pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation exercises and self-massage. Move through the fear and go silent to naysayers. The level up begins immediately when you realize that you can no longer live how you have been living and begin to make significant changes without concern for anything else. —India Ame’ye
PLEASE talk about Congo, Haiti, and Sudan, with the same fervor you give Palestine. PLEASE care about black struggle and suffering.

First bloom 🥹🌼🥰
Planting seeds and nurturing them has taught me so much about patience and adjustment. Observing each growth stage and finding beauty throughout, despite challenges faced.
With heavy rains and fewer sunny days recently, I learn to pay closer attention to what my plants need during a change of season.
In essence, I find the experience of gardening to be symbolic of my own life and spiritual journey.
Allowing me to further tap into, nurture and embody aspects of my authentic self.
