gettin fit, lit, and shit.

I’m going to really give this a go and try to document my fitness progress all the way up to me and lam’s engagement shoot in April. Maybe it’ll give me some accountability.. hmmm. So here goes my attempt at some accountability. 

The last time I’ve really had some accountability and really worked at it was my NPC show in 2014 with sporadic diets here and there for special events.

Time to start reaching out to my fit people and trying out new things for the year. These pictures will be forever. <3

It's New Year's Eve already?! 2016.. You were a great teacher. I will take all the lessons and tools I've gained with me into 2017. My absolute favorite moment of 2016..my lam asked me to marry him. Duh! But..sharing the news of our engagement with our best friends at our house during Friendsmas with our champagne/surprise we're engaged (we had napkins that said, "we're engaged" 😝) corner was everything 🤗💍🥂💕
