i've been rather inactive on tumblr, but i'm crawling out of the trenches to ask: how was your birthday! did you do anything fun to celebrate? i have it in my calendar, but that was also my travel day 😒 my students and i were coming back from france

i worked on my actual birthday but im actually celebrating tonight with friends! we're going to ingest some shroom chocolates and watch all of monsta x's music videos (also going out for food but that's less funny hehe). we've done it with a few discographies for birthdays in the past and it's so fun so im looking forward to that! i also ordered myself a cute fancy little cake 🎂

I love when information revealed at the end of a story recontextualizes something said or done at the beginning. Like yes queen make the story a loop let the story keep developing even though the book is closed and the credits are rolling. The story never ends it just starts over.
