I have follow up questions:

1) Did you participate in baby talk to make up for your husband's deficit, or did you also opt to speak to the Deals Warlock like a very tiny adult from babyhood?

1a) If you participated in baby talk with Penny, did she ever do any code switching with you while she was learning to talk (I mean, babyish talk back to you but fully formed adult like you share with us to Lawyer Dad)?

I didn't baby talk with her very much either! I think I squealed at her more than my husband did.

Something funny that has happened is that while she formally calls me Mama when she's answering me in passing she does call me "My Darling Love" and I don't know for sure but I think it's because I call her and her father "my loves" and her father calls me and her "darlings" and she's created a mash up 😂

So I'll say "okay penny it's time for bed" and I'll just hear "okay my darling love!" 😂

Everyone is always so so kind on this post but I do want to warn you all that this did in fact lead to an insanely verbal child, and if you choose that life you have to commit to that life.

Penny Rose is now 5 years old and she

1. Starts talking the moment she opens her eyes to the moment she passes out at night

2. Asks, and I am not exaggerating I counted, an average of 892 questions a day

3. Does not accept "I don't know" as an answer to said questions, will usually have a follow up question as to why you don't know OR a suggestion on how we can find out together

Okay, here's the thing. Count von Count is absolutely a vampire, we know this. However, he's on a children's show. A very popular one. One that we all, collectively as a society, firmly believe is 100% real.

But we all, again as a society, accept at some point that it's secretly not real. It's a fiction for children that we all say is real but actually isn't. Count von Count is a real vampire, and at the same time he cannot be a vampire, because he's on a show for children that is only pretend real. We all want him to be real, but we all know at a certain point that he isn't.

He is the Camarilla's long con, their best psyop. He is the only vampire allowed to publicly breach the Masquerade every day, because by doing so, he is making the Masquerade that much more believable. People who claim that vampires are real have to deal with others saying "What, like the Count on Sesame Street? Suuuuee, buddy, vampires are real...and they count things..."

If Count von Count was an actual threat to the Masquerade, he would have been blood hunted decades ago. And Jim Henson and Sesame Street would have been quietly disappeared. But the Justicars know that he's doing his part to ensure that the Camarilla's Masquerade is doing what it needs to.

My toxic trait as a horror fan is that I will never ever ever ever ever tire of grief horror. The idea of grief driving people to do dark and unimaginable and truly horrific things is just so fucking raw and so fucking real to me and it fucks me up every single time. I don‘t care how many times I see it done in different ways or in the exact same way, it always hits for me. I am an absolute simp for any and all grief-based horror concepts and I forever will be.

Hellooooo! This isn't exactly an ask but also kinda! I wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE your picrew! I use it all the time for my masculine leaning characters, it's genuinely my go-to male picrew! I guess I wanted to suggest some additions for when you have the time! Things like elf/pointed ears, unique colored skin stones, tattoos. Either way, I still love your style and I hope you have a lovely day! 💕

I'm so, so glad you like it!

The process of making it made me realize that dress-up games/picrews with a lot of customization are really, really time consuming which makes me especially appreciate the other picrew makers who took the time to make theirs.

If I can find my old picrew development folder I'll try to add some more stuff, especially like the things you suggested. I think it would be really difficult if not impossible to make those changes if I can't find the old file, though. (If it makes you feel any better, I've tried to save most of the art I've made over several years so it is possible I have it somewhere)

I'd actually really like to make another someday, but I need to figure out my workflow before that since it's a challenge to make sure everything matches and is saved correctly.

Okay so the good news is that I think I've found my picrew files, so yes I could possibly add more features. I've had some bugs on picrew though so fingers crossed I won't have any problems while I'm trying to upload fixes.
