8. Anusha x The New Delhi Company

I somehow became the unofficial photographer for The New Delhi Company this year, I worked on several projects this year where their beautiful pieces were involved. But the only one to make it to my top 10 was a shoot I did directly with them in their showroom. Gaurav set it up and roped in model Anusha Menon who recently moved to Toronto from Australia. I was happy to be her first shoot in Canada.

9. Mani Jassal

I shot with Mani Jassal a few times this year and I wasn’t able to settle on a single shoot so I am going with images from a couple of shoots we did from the beginning of the year. The pink shoot was for her Valentines day capsule collection. I loved working with the model, Moenah, and the style was fun and sexy. The white images are from a lookbook shoot we did, these images were the only ones where we paired the models. Harleen and Moenah were so in sync.

10. Panache

Gagan Panesar’s debut women wear line is made for the “unconventional corporate” and she had a full idea of how she wanted her clothes to be shot. We shot all 6 garments of this mini collection in 3 different ways, my favourite were the ones that we lit naturally on the streets.
