This quote from Futurama caught me completely off guard the first time I watched this particular episode. I believe this quote comes from the closing lines after "God" reflects on the now past events of the episode. To me, this quote struck surprisingly hard. It struck me as being completely, and unfortunately true. God is in control. God is the sovereign ruler over all. He makes no mistakes and wants the best for all of his children. Unfortunately, some find it hard to believe in such an existence when the world around us is riddled with hate in every form. People find it hard to believe that such a God would allow the world to become such a mess. The truth is, though, He is doing it right. WE are the ones who made the world a mess, we are the ones who hate, we are the ones who need Him. Even though it may not always seem like God is in control, He is, and it is important to remember that. Sometimes, "When you do things right, people won't be sure you've done anything at all. "
