The usual suspects are claiming that the 250,000 number is "extrapolated data" quoted from a single statement given by someone a few years back and inaccurate. I press (x) to doubt. I don't think a report this detailed and this suppressed would just casually throw out a number like that without data to back it up even if it is an estimated. The report of the cases that are known. The true number is, as Lowe said, likely higher.

It's pathetic how the people who aren't ignoring it are either a) obviously Muslim by their names bleating about how racist it is and what about the innocent Muslims or b) lefties who are picking at the methodology to ignore the contents of the report and the fact that even one girl being treated like that is unacceptable, much less thousands.

From the moment it dropped they started going over it with a fine tooth comb to find any small thing they could find that might not be 100% accurate as written so they could hold that tiny thing up and use it to discredit the whole report. These are the same people who deny the Holodomor and say that Iran is trans friendly because they force gay men to get sex change surgery or be killed.
