Wowza! I'm really inactive here and over the next three weeks it's about to get worse! I gotta pack up, clean my whole house in order to go on vacation out of state! 'm letting my rp partners down!

So a message to my group and any rp partners!

You can choose to drop our threads as I go on a semi-hiatus for the next three weeks, replying extremely slowly, or you can handle my slow as molasses butt.

Gonna apologize to Lunar Circle and ask for two weeks hiatus by Friday cause Saturday it's work work work!

Her mention of the stars caused Mamoru’s head to lift, his pace slowing for the first time to allow him to take in the beautiful sight above them. The light polution of the city obscurred much of the skies potential, but there never failed to be a few stars twinkling their brightest behind the backdrop that the bright moon often created. Typically such a sight was relieving, but the blackness between each twinkle seemed so deep and vast that anxiety began to overwhelm the male the more he looked on.

"Sleeping seems like a luxury that doesn’t come as easy as it used to these days. Best to put the time to use when you can. I’d rather get a little exercise than roll around in my bed for another hour." Nights seemed to be the worst when it came to his emotional condition. The typical distractions and outlets gave way to him turning inward. The darkness in the male swirling round and round in his head, building until it exploded in a burst of energy or worse.

"I guess without school or work for me at the moment I just… I have a lot of extra energy. I take it schools still going well for you, though? I was away for a while, so I hadn’t heard much from Usagi about you." To be honest, he hadn’t given Usagi much time to talk about daily life, but his mind chose not to dwell on that fact. Hell, this was the first conversation that so far hadn’t turned into him twisting into a shadow of his own rage.

Sleeping was a luxury...? She'd never thought of it that was, it made her stop and gaze out back at the stars but they made her heart ache. Made her remember him which made blue-green eyes fill with tears before she shook her head, a smile forming on her lips. She'd focus on the good times, the good memories. 

"...Usachan and I don't talk that much anymore, Chiba-san. She's far too busy to do much with me, you're lucky in that respect, getting to be close to her. But ah! Yes, school's as well as ever." Damn, her jealousy had seeped through her careful mask, but now she tried to smile for him. "I make the best grades in my class, so that I'll get into a really good college. Wha bout you, Chiba-san? How ya been...?"

The comforting words and words of encouragement were uplifting for Luna, even if just for a second. She didn’t often get told she was doing a good job with Usagi (mostly because Usagi was always in some kind of trouble) With the next confession Luna grew quieter.

Luna felt for the girl, she really did. The loss of a friend could be devastating- and though she might ask Usagi about making more plans with Naru, the truth was that Naru may be safer where the scouts enemies couldn’t get to her. Though Luna could see the pain- she couldn’t do much to help. She touched her nose of the girl’s cheek in a small cheek-kiss and a sign to stay strong. She hoped Naru understood that.

A soft quiet sob came from the girl before she shook her head rapidly and smiled. "Don't ya worry none." she laughed, winking at the cat. "'M gonna be just fine. I have... Umino-kun after all." she laughed, but the pain was obvious to anybody.

"No... I'm not fine. I'm being left all alone and I often wonder if it's your fault, Luna. But that's just silly, a cat the cause of my abandonment by my so-called best friend. No... I know she's doin' some important stuff... But I wish she hadn't left me behind entirely." she mumbled. Naru was hurting and her pain wouldn't be too easy to fix sadly, not for anybody...

Lately Mamoru’s nights had been nothing but out of the ordinary. Sure, being returned to life was a wondrous thing. Attempting to return to life as normal? Far, far more difficult. Half of his nights carried on as usual, Usagi and Chibiusa rampaging throughout his apartment until it grew late enough that they needed to head home, but more and more often he was left alone, either by his own design or the girl’s own busy schedules. With his current mindset this was both a blessing and a curse.

With his urges to get out, to get his life back on track as fast as possible, he found no better outlet than night jogging. It was one of the few times that he could exist without his body feeling anxious or his head pulsing. Losing himself in such sensations, it was amazing that he even took note of the bundle of red hair coming into view just up the hill. His pace slowed gradually, feet tapping softly into a walking pattern as he came up beside the familiar girl.

"Osaka-san? Is that you? What could have you out so late?" For being a man who hadn’t been able to hold a steady conversation since returning, he was oddly outgoing when it came to approaching her. Perhaps his need for human interaction was overtaking whatever it was he’d come down with lately.

She sighed watching the stars closely, so intent on her own little world as she trailed a finger that she honestly hadn't heard Mamoru til he spoke, startling her and causing her to jump ever so slightly.

"O-oh, Chiba-san." she greeted in return a small smile to her lips as she forced herself to be polite to this man, after all he was Usachan's boyfriend and if she ever wanted a chance at being close to Usagi again she'd have to be nice to those the blonde cared about.

"Guess I couldn't sleep so decided to come see the stars. Mom'll yell at me for it later though. Wha 'bout ya? How comes ya out so late?" she questioned, it was just polite small-talk, this much she could handle, she was certain of it. She had to at least pretend that small smile she gave him.

Luna purred and bumped the girls’ knee with her head, silently telling her that she was right- it was a near impossible task! But then, Naruchan herself, seemed to attract a fair bit of trouble. Luna could never tell if that was because of her relationship with Usagi or just a coincidence.

A small laugh as she just pet the cat more, "But you do a pretty good job keepin' ol' Usachan outta trouble, Luna. Dun worry, yeah? I'm sure she just went to Crown Arcade again probs for that Sailor V game she's so nuts for."

"At least that's my guess, see... Usachan an' I, we aren't so close anymore, ever since she met all 'er new friends she's slowly been spendin' less and less time with me, ever since she adopted you, actually... But that's kay. 'm sure she's just busy, but... I dunno. Anyway I'll take ya to the arcade, yeah? Pretty sure you came to me lookin' for Usachan anyway." A bittersweet moment for Naru, she originally had to lose the man she loved with all her heart and on top of that, she lost her best friend. Still, she held her head high, or tried to, but sadness in her eyes was unmistable.

Luna jumped down from the wall beside the school- she had been looking for Usagi but instead found Naru-Chan. Usagi was sure to be along shortly so she approached the girl to wait.

A pause before she broke into quite the grin, kneeling before the cat and scratching behind her ears, "Heya, Luna right? You keepin' Usachan outta trouble or is that an impossible task?" she laughed.

--Nothing like having a nightmare that wakes you up.

She sat there in a cold sweat before with a sigh she got out of bed, getting dressed and heading outside, maybe she'd run into somebody she knew, somebody who could get her mind off her usual nightmare, one that filled her heart with pure fear. Plus the brisk night air would help clear her head maybe that's why she broke into a risk jog, just trying to blow off steam now.
