I am broken…

We all knew it was going to happen literally as soon as we saw them build a friendship from day 1 and we knew it was going to be painful when it did eventually happen but I still couldn’t help myself from tearing up like a baby. I was just sat there hoping he wasn’t going to die but it did… The whole scene was done so well.

Akkun getting flashbacks of Inojin protecting him and then proceeding to come recuse him whilst sacrificing himself.

Akkun rubbing Inojin’s face knowing it would be the last time he would ever be able to feel him..

Akkun’s last words being Inojin, something we had never heard him say before.

Inojin trying not to break down but doing so anyway with only a piece of Akkun’s mask left…

I really hope this isn’t the last we hear of Akkun. I hope Inojin keeps that mask and either wears it as an accessory or we atleast get to see it in episodes such as whenever Inojin gets focus and hope he continues to make references to him or maybe even make a beast scroll of him to use in battle.

RIP Akkun, you were too precious for this show.
