The stereotype of cop eat donuts and drinks coffee is true, that how we deal with stress by eating.
Cops tent to hate other agents, FBI,CIA, ICE, NATIONAL GUARD, anyone that isn't military. Mostly do to the fact what when cops are dealing with a situation and have it under control or have a plan. They come in to try change strategy. And because they don't deal with the people themselves they have no sympathy which is both good and bad depending on situation. But yes it is true.
Cops will argue Among each other if they are in each other turf or something they try get the other do the job. (This happen once when a biker died on the edge of out territory so the city cop had take care of the situation and deal with paperwork). He was doing 120 on a 50 when flying no that isn't the worse I seen.
Also no we don't have to meet a quaota of giving out tickets or arresting people that is highly illegal.
Anyways that is all I just thought it be funny see Tango arguing with FBI or higher up.. special if got assign to a case. That is all I'll be going back into my depression spiral.
Hello! SORRY FOR THE LATE REPLY!!! I've been really busy lately.
First of all, I'M SENDING YOU ALL MY ENERGY SO YOU CAN GET THROUGH THOSE DEPRESSIVE DAYS!!! I understand how hard that can be, and I hope you'll be able to climb out of that hole soon. Take all the time you need.
Second, THANK YOU FOR ALL THE FACTS YOU SHARED! And wow, some of those experiences you've had are incredible. I'm honestly impressed, and I'm sorry you've had to go through some of that. In a way, I can relate, though obviously not on the same level. I've definitely argued with coworkers in my workplace before. I mostly work on the sushi side, while another section handles pizza. (I don't know if a place that serves sushi and pizza sounds weird, but somehow it works surprisingly well!)
The whole stereotype about cops and donuts or coffee isn't really a thing in my country. If anything, people would probably associate them more with pizza or choripán (an Argentine sandwich). But honestly, food isn't the first thing people think about. Most of the stereotypes here are about corruption and laziness. A lot of people don't even bother filing reports anymore because many times they aren't taken seriously.

Tango suffered greatly because of those stereotypes about corrupt officers and people who didn't take victims seriously. That's one of the reasons he constantly argued with some of his colleagues: because they were exactly the kind of officers he hated. They were corrupt and dismissed complaints.
In contrast, Tango became a workaholic, and many people only came to him with complaints; the only person Tango trusted was his partner.
His biggest fight ended with him breaking one of his superior's noses.
The man introduced himself as an FBI agent, but in reality he belonged to what people call "the other side"—a police force made up of immortals. Among them are elves... and unfortunately, they're some of the most narcissistic, self-important people you could ever meet. Their excuse is that they've witnessed all of human history, but they're extremely discriminatory toward nearly every race. That's why most people absolutely CAN'T STAND THEM.
One of the reasons Tango quit being a police officer was the depression he suffered after his friend's case. But another major reason was that this "superior" stripped him of his position out of pure anger. No human had ever dared to hit him before.
That superior had spent his entire life surrounded by praise, privilege, and people treating him with caution.
Ironically, Tango is considered something of a hero among the races that live within the human world. Of course, Tango has absolutely no idea about that.
The people of "Lunar Hollow" Tavern had suffered from the discrimination of those elves for years, which is one of the reasons they "chose" Tango to become one of them.
It was thanks to Tango that Cronos was eventually able to meet Aira and her siblings. Cronos is incredibly grateful to him for that.
Before Tango got involved, many of the reports and complaints Cronos filed were simply ignored by the elves. They constantly blamed him for things and looked down on him because of his race.
Tango, however, actually listened to his case. He helped him deal with all the obstacles the elves and inspectors kept putting in his way whenever they tried to shut down his tavern.
Indirectly, Tango is one of the reasons the tavern eventually became a safe haven for so many people. Thanks to his help, Cronos and his siblings were finally able to run Lunar Hollow without constantly being harassed by the elves.
