A container. You can reuse rinsed out food containers, plastic water bottles. You can also buy jars from hobby stores or dollar stores. Or, you can use anything else you can find.
Lavender (healing, protection, cleansing, and calming)
Rose petals (love, healing)
Rosemary (love, peace, happiness, and mental clarity)
Pink sea salt (cleanse and renew)
What You'll Need (Optional)
Sugar (love, understanding, affection)
Clear quartz (amplifying)
Writing utensil (pen, pencil, marker, or anything really). You may use color correspondences with the ink if you want to.
Pink or white candle to seal (color correspondences). Alternatively, you could use ribbon in either color.
Decide on the intention you have for this working.
Optional: Draw a sigil, write out, or draw a picture that represents your intention on your piece of paper. Add it to your container.
Some examples of intentions would be "I am enough", "I am confident", or "I love myself". But you can use anything you want.
One by one, charge your remaining ingredients with the purpose you want them to have and then add them to your container. An example would be to charge lavender as a healing component and then add it in, so on and so forth.
Add any optional ingredients if you so desire. Be sure to charge them as well.
If you want to use crystals you can either add them to the container or place them on top of it after you seal the spell.
Seal the spell by sealing your container:
You can use a candle to do so by melting the wax over the container. Be extremely careful if this is the option you choose. Please practice fire safety.
Alternatively, you can use a ribbon to tie a bow around the top of your container. This is good if you can not use fire in your environment.
Store in a personal space. Shake once a day while thinking about your intention.
