As you return to the campus of Indiana University to celebrate the fiftieth year since your founding by Elder Watson Diggs and his colleagues, your theme – “Reclamation, Rededication, Reflection and Projection” – could well be adopted by all fruitful Americans at this moment in history. The contributions your organization and its members have made to the growth and development of our great nation are deserving of commendation I tender on behalf of the people of the United States.
