some ppl would say they’ve surely been blessed after having spent a night at the car-park-rock-jiji-shrine but shou shoku would say that, given his--- past experiences and questionable karma score, they’re closer to being cursed.

but, he’d also say that they already went through ao shin’s and miyabiko’s hands, so it probably evens out and they should be safe to eat...

shou shoku enshrined in a parking lot. but what is actually enshrined is a random rock with a moss that grows a bit funny due to natural coincidences that is believed to be somehow connected to him, like ‘five centuries ago, when he treaded the mountains, he stepped on it’.

he doesn’t understand offerings either. what’s he supposed to do with these.

I LOVE YOU AND I WISH YOU KNEW JUST HOW MUCH ------ the pining, the aching, the wishing, and hoping; it's what you whisper to yourself under the cover of darkness as you fall asleep thinking of them. it's the text you've typed out and deleted before sending at least a dozen times. it's the countless pictures of them you have of them on your phone, the home screen image of their smile that you know will give you away the next time they jokingly swipe your phone. it sits restless and suffocating at the back of your throat.
