Edit: I added a few more pages from the artbook showing the development of the Light Fury concept.

Whether you like the Light Fury or not doesn’t matter to me but nothing irks me more than someone saying that the designers and concept artists were lazy and didn’t work harder on their designs when hundreds of people have put so much effort into creating the best character they felt was right for the story they were trying to share with you.

It’s never ever a one off “I drew this idea and now it’s final”, hundreds of artists have to work on these characters for months and years to get them to the big screen.

Don’t ever denounce their hard work.
