If this is dedicated to Natural Human then why are most of the people in your photos hairless in the pubic region? Pubic hair is naturally human.
Well, thatâs a very good question! I would argue that humans are the only nearly hairless primates for a reason. I suspect as early humans became âself awareâ they developed an attraction for traits that differentiated them from other primates (sexual selection). Sexual selection isnât always survival of the fittest, sometimes itâs survival of the sexiest in the eye of the beholder.
Does sexual selection play a role in the development of modern humans? Â If we look closely, I would say there are some obvious adaptations.
1. We have developed the largest penises in the primate world, much larger than we need to procreate. Many ladies say size doesnât matter and in terms of pleasure, with in reason, probably some truth to that. However, an ample penis with good curb appeal may be just the edge you need to spark her curiosity and pass on larger penis genes. Somehow we developed this trait and it wasnât because it makes us run faster. Â Â
2. We have the largest breasts in the primate world, sometimes so large they become a logistical liability. Our breasts mostly maintain their size even when weâre not breast feeding. Other primates breasts are only prominent when feeding young. Â The prominence of our breasts is a pointless adaptation other than for sexual selection. Clearly we like the way they look :-)
3. We have selected to lose our protruding jaw, maybe even to our detriment. We gave up larger healthier tooth spacing and prominent more useful canines in preference of a less ape like face. Â Now we often have our wisdom teeth pulled to reduce tooth crowding and dangerous infections. Â I think this is strong evidence of sexual selection. Â Do you think homo erectus would get any action today with a face like that?
4, Hairiness or lack there of. Some anthropologists think we lost our hair for some sort of parasite control scheme, if so, we are the only large mammals who selected that survival strategy.
I would argue again that our lack of body hair is a product of sexual selection and our instinct to find attractiveness in traits that differentiate us visually from other mammals. I think this preference is an evolutionary work in progress.  So⌠as women began to show more legs and shoulders in the early 20th century they instinctively began to shave their newly exposed armpits and legs and as our mediums for displaying full nudity expanded, eventually, so did our shaving acreage to include the pubic area.  I donât think our obsession with getting bare is an accidental fad or trend, I think itâs us using a razor to expedite the evolutionary job and have our look match our instinctual taste. We donât have to wait another million years to get the look we love.
So to answer the anons question, I would argue, hairless in the pubic region IS naturally human.
PS. this is not meant too demean anyone who has a different preference. Itâs only to discuss my opinion on whether or not it is natural to shave your junk.  To each their own. I have a friend who likes a faint mustache on his girlâŚother than that he seems perfectly normal lol. There is no ALWAYS in sexual attraction.Â
