What to pack for my medical mission trip to Peru?!
I never thought packing could be so fun! I felt very fortunate for having such a wonderful friend with the skills of packing to help me pack one-week worth of clothes for my one month trip. My parents thought it was silly that I was getting help packing. I have always been what Iād like to call āthe overly prepared packerā when traveling - quadruple of everything ājust in case!ā So yes, I needed help and I wanted to learn how to pack efficiently without lugging around a few big bags.Ā

My packing list consisted of:
Traveled in: yoga pants; comfortable long sleeve cotton shirt with an athletic tank top underneath as an undershirt; white athletic jacket; tennis shoes; simple earrings to wear throughout my trip.
1 tennis shoes (plus the one I was traveling in)
1 flip-flop (to shower in)
3 REI warm socks; 5 ankle socks
1 PJ pants with a long sleeve warm shirt
1 Patagonia warm fluffy jacket
1 Arc Teryx insulated shell jacket
2 jeans pants (+ 1 capri jeans)
2 Underarmour long sleeve shirts
1 prometherin treated button up shirt from REI
4 sports bras and 1 underwire bra
Daily face moisturizer + SPF
Toner (justĀ in case I ran out of face wipes)
4 packs of travel Tide laundry detergent (wash laundy once a week)
Traveler Shout Wipes (just in caseĀ I spill something)

Obtaining necessary vaccines as stated on the CDC website

Added the Passport AT&T cell phone plan with unlimited text messages
