💌 read SKZ AS PHYSICAL TOUCH. this kinda breaches past the point of just "words of affirmation" and just the boys praising and loving you. this is sooo cheesy oh my god
CHAN ... cannot go a 24-hour period without praising you in some sort of way. he seeks to constantly make sure that you know your worth, most importantly, but also so you know how much you mean to him. has a habit of whispering "you're so good to me" at random times—mostly when he's giving you hugs or you're cuddling late at night. does not go a single day without mentioning you around the boys, bringing up whatever you've accomplished over the past week, to the point where they bring up things about you that you didn't know they knew. chan speaks so highly of you, no matter what you're going through.
— "you're the best, seriously. you're the light of my life. i can do anything when i'm with you."
MINHO ... likes to send you texts throughout the day as a way to check up on you, even if you don't respond (although you should, or else he'll blow up your phone). he has a rather...sly way of praising you and such, might call you an idiot but always follows it up with complimenting you. it's not that he wants you to feel less than, just has a complicated way of expressing his love for you, usually choosing to show it with his actions. in those times when he allows himself to be soft, minho always tells you that you're his better half and that he wouldn't be half the man he is today without you.
— "you're always going to be mine. i'm not leaving your side, dummy"
CHANGBIN ... is behind you throughout everything you do. you make him so proud no matter how big or small the accomplishment is—that being said, doesn't like when you minimize your own accomplishments. so with every negative thing that you might say about yourself, he always has five amazing things to counter it with. and when you shy away from him, covering your face because of how wide you're smiling, he makes you face him and tells you how pretty your smile is and that you should show it to him more.
— "you're precious to me. so, of course, i wanna hear every thought inside your head. what you think matters to me. you matter to me."
HYUNJIN ... always compliments your artwork when you two have art dates—doesn't care if you think your art is bad, it's perfect for him and he'll frame it and hang it up in his room. wants you to see yourself the way he sees you. sometimes he can't find the words to say to you or he's unable to express himself in a verbal way: so he'd paint something for you and tell you that the painting is how you make him feel. i think a lot of the time, he likes to have deep talks with you, where the both of you can just cry—not out of sadness, but because of the love you have for each other.

JISUNG ... gets fairly nervous when he's praising you, eyes averting from yours but you know he means what he says. the way he speaks to or about you, especially when he's speaking from his heart, he could cry—and nearly does, tears welling in his eyes. jisung gets so emotional about you and he honestly doesn't think he praises you enough. you're always so sweet to him and he values you more than you know, wishes he could find the words to explain it to you. i think sometimes he ends up mumbling in his sleep all the things he wants to say to you :(( aaaaaaaa
— "not sure how to explain it, but you mean a lot to me. it's like i'm addicted to you."
FELIX ... tells you how pretty you are the second you wake up. never ever forgets to compliment your outfit when he sees you, even if you're in pajamas. the biggest smile on his face while he compliments you. like chan, felix cannot go a 24-hour period without expressing his love and admiration for you. and he always has to look into your eyes and hold your hand, playing with your fingers as he speaks to you. definitely likes to seal it with a kiss, just because he loves your lips. also likes to write cheesy love letters where he expresses his admiration for you.
— "even on the bad days, everything is better when you're by my side. i hope we can spend more and more of our days together."
SEUNGMIN ... will slip random notes into your bag for you to find later. mostly tiny reminders to take care of yourself and to rest when you need it—just so you know he's always thinking about you and that he is your biggest fan. on those long days, he tells you how proud he is of you because you got through the day. seungmin can literally encourage you like no other, and when he says something to you, you know he means it because that's the type of person he is. like minho, some things go without saying, and seungmin chooses actions to prove his appreciation towards you.
— "i've never told you this, but you're my favorite person. you mean a lot to me."
JEONGIN ... sends you that really cute, lovey-dovey memes at random hours of the day because he's thinking of you. sometimes he can't verbally express how he's feeling—especially if it's something emotional—so he tends to send super-specific memes (that he creates sometimes) just to say his feelings. he's fairly soft-spoken, so a lot of the time his praises are super cute! extra doting on you with the biggest smile to ever be seen on his face—all because of you. and when he can make you just as happy as you make him, and make you smile just as wide, everything in the universe starts to make sense.
just him holding you close and pressing kisses to your skin, maybe even rubbing his hand up and down your back or playing with your hair. nothing but the comfort of him being so close to you. being able to hear his heart beat and his soft breathing, and perhaps a laugh when he sees something funny on his phone. but otherwise there’s silence as you enjoy each other’s company.
he can totally fall asleep like this, with you all cuddled up in his arms. it could be late in the afternoon, doesn’t matter to him. what matters is that you’re close to him, and safe within his hold where he can see you and feel you. a short, stifled laugh when he rubs your arm and notices how you have goosebumps. you’re so precious to him :(
I dont think people understand that I literally can’t not take things personally. I notice the tiniest change in how someone talks to me, how they act towards me. I can’t just stop. after years of everything being my fault, is it wrong to assume that when someone gets angry, it’s my fault? im sorry.
