What led you to dualism or what took you away from the law of assumption?

Mostly how simple it is, no concepts, nothing happening, no rules, no 'how to', just THIS " " effortlessly aware of seemingly life.

law of assumption was meant to be a pointer to the fact that what " " is aware of, seemingly happens, but people added a lot of terms and methods to it till it became tiring and no sense.

Manifestation seems to happen but it's nothing appearing as some actual change. No need to overcomplicate it or to be part of that community.

Every (seemingly) thing is empty. Thoughts seems to happen, emotions seems to happen, an 'personal I' seems to happen, a 'world' seems to happen. We are just effortlessly aware of it, we can effortlessly dream something 'else'. It's not that serious, simply a dream. It's all the same, seemingly experiences, empty, " ".

To define is to limit. To create a method is to limit. Every appearance is the same " " and it's effortlessly seemingly happen. Malleable Nothingness, beautiful and simple.

Diva, I honestly don’t understand how we should “see it for ourselves” like you and other bloggers say :(

You already mentioned that there’s no big woho moment, not a grand mindblowing experience and also, wouldn’t the experience of seeing for ourselves be also an illusion coming from awareness? How and why does this specific experience would be more real than the rest? Plus, everything feels out of my control, you know? Reality/the present unfolds effortlesstly without an cause and effect, so then how can I decide to see it for myself? What could possibly be MY ultimate proof to myself that “yes, it’s really all what they have been talking about, I know it now”?

Whenever I try to simply stop reading too much, searching and all that, life just comes back to be what it always has been and I still feel trapped. I still feel that everything it is substantial and solid, even if by logic, the fact that without awereness reality would in fact cease to “exist”.

I’m not asking you to delve into any experience, I’m telling you to pay attention to the awareness of such experience and notice how it is not separate.

And you are right, any experience is made known due to awareness, so of course we aren’t telling you to experience anything , seeing it for yourself literally just means to see what these bloggers , who are constantly talking about the nature of Awareness actually mean, and how else would anyone do that? By noticing it.

That is literally all there is to ‘direct experience’ , if you want to get technical there are many ways highlighted like self enquiry,self surrender, um… I don’t remember honestly, never did them

The point is to NOTICE Being cause why wouldn’t you? Don’t be a surface dweller and get to the gist of the matter, there is no valid reason as to why someone would not want to see for themselves what other people claim, it just doesn’t make sense

Words aren’t enough, apply that shit

You can’t keep letting the mind rule you, you can’t keep letting the world dictate your stand, and the only way to get there is to come back to this ever presence

The dream character trying to change or awaken is just more dream — illusion working within illusion. There’s no actual character. All of it, including thoughts, feelings, and the sense of “self,” is just the energetic play of SELF, the only actuality.

Experiences feel real, but they are empty — without substance. Like a vivid dream you remember when you wake up: real-seeming, yet clearly empty.

You won’t find a thing called “SELF” because it’s not an object. It’s what all appearances already are. So there’s no need to search. Recognizing the illusion is recognizing the truth. It’s not two steps — just one, and it happens in an instant.

proof not to get things but yes to know from other's experience that this is something worth trusting, i don't want to spend my time on doing this and it not working. yes im scared if i took the leap my life would go to shit

i understand but here's the thing:

trust can be betrayed / shaken.. it will not get you too far. Even if you "trust" this, is there any point in doing so if you don't KNOW for yourself? "You" can trust but still doubt. With Knowing, there is no doubt anywhere. "You" can trust all you want while thinking you are a "person", Knowing “ " is where it's at and that doesn't need trust, it's the Absolute Authority. There's no one " " trusts in.

do not ever compare your experience with someone else's. It's not permanent, it's temporary and thus an illusion. My experience is not my experience, your experience is not your experience. No one is here to experience anything, it seems like it.

Motivation is all nice and good but who exactly needs motivation? Who needs trust? Is there a person named (your name) that exists without a doubt who needs all of that?

For the sake of your own sanity, stop searching for proof, motivation, trust worthy concepts here and there. What do you expect to happen? How do you want this to work? You said you don't want to get anything but in the same sentence you said you want this to work because you don't want to waste time on this just for it to not work in the end. I've seen this a lot. Be honest with yourself, stop lying to yourself, you want to get something out of it and that's fine but why contradict yourself? Don't you seem to want "peace" and "happiness" somewhere within your mind?

Sit down, have some real talk with yourself. Do you want this to become an endless cycle that leads nowhere? Do you want to search for years and years?

Investigate for yourself: What is it that you have without a doubt? Without ever needing to look for it? Isn't it your sense of Being?

Rest within "THAT". It's clear as day, you just refuse to see.

Lets say you really see all of this. You're "lucid," you see that all of this is truly formless, timeless and absolute. That we flow along for an "eternity," simply enjoying and having fun.

At this point, does it make sense to:

Take worry seriously

Take wondering if something is possible seriously

Resist that juicy "shift" to your "dr"

Taking seriously the need to "overcome, deprogram the mind, or seek a one up?"

Does it?

Be honest with yourself, always

Is this really me, or just something funny from the mind?

Is the mind actually a solid entity? Or just flow

You can clearly see in the seeming needless seeking what you are not, and what is purely OF you. So is there any need to ever "change or modify"? No lol. Not like we can do this anyways, when it's all the same thing. Sure, there is seeming change OF the seeming, but it is always just you, this, THAT, us.

Anyways, the only actual sensible thing is simplicity and relaxation. Everything else is just seeming.

You’ve always felt like a “you” inside your body, looking out. A subject experiencing objects. The one who thinks, feels, decides. But have you ever actually found this “you”? Not as a thought, not as a feeling, but directly?

Look now. Where is it? Is it in the head? Behind the eyes? In the chest? If you say “yes,” what is aware of that? If you say “no,” then who is answering?

Now notice—everything is simply appearing: thoughts, sensations, sounds, colors. They don’t need a separate “you” to happen. A thought appears, then another. A sound arises, then fades. Everything flows effortlessly. Even the sense of being a self is just another experience, coming and going like any other.

If “you” are just another appearance, then what is actually here? What is seeing all of this? Look closer. Not with thought, but directly. Right here, right now—what remains?

how do I deal with thoughts & attachment to thoughts

A couple of years ago I was painting a room, and thoughts came up like "I hate painting, why do I have to do this, this is taking forever," etc. The mind identified itself as the subject, the "I," of those thoughts, and so, naturally, the mind resisted painting.

Then the impulse to inquire arose, and the mind started looking for the "I" that hates painting.

But the mind couldn't actually locate it. There were thoughts, sensations, and feelings of resistance, but the mind couldn't find the one who suffered them. The assumption is usually that this "I" is a real, solid entity behind experience. But as attention turns inward, all that appears is awareness itself, which is silent, spacious, and unaffected by whether painting is liked or disliked.

Instead of focusing on the content of thought, self-inquiry invites us to turn and see who or what is experiencing them. And in that looking, the "I" we normally take to be real begins to dissolve, thoughts become less "sticky" and distressing, and our true nature (awareness) is gradually recognized as always-available peace.

This body is totally imagined. As I sit here on the couch, with my eyes closed, I see images of the body, I feel sensations associated with it, and it all happens within my perception; there’s nothing external in it. I open my eyes, I look at my hands and feet, and these so-called parts of my so-called body are still images and sensations within my perception. I can separate them from the rest of my visual world and call them my body, but that separation is still an act of mind, and the images are always of a past, even if the past happened a nanosecond ago. They’re part of a movie of reality; they’re not reality itself. Why would I believe that a movie on the mind’s screen is real? Every time I try to focus on what is real about this body, it’s gone, and the “I” who focuses is gone too. 

There’s nothing solid. Not only the dream but even the dreamer is forever gone. And the dreamed body—I sit it, I stand it, I walk it, I feed it, I brush its teeth, I dress it in clothes, I put it to bed at night and lift it from bed in the morning, and none of that is real. It’s all a projection of mind. To imagine that there is anything outside the mind is pure delusion.

Even physical pain is imagined. When you’re asleep, does your body hurt? When you’re hurting, and the phone rings, and it’s the call you’ve been longing for and you’re mentally focused on the conversation, there’s no pain. If your thinking changes, the pain changes.

Hello, it's me again haha ​​I find that "everything is consciousness" very complicated, for me it's like "????" Because I don't know what it means? Or am I the fool who doesn't understand? "Nothing can exist without you being aware of it first" likeoooooo?

It’s actually simpler than it sounds. Saying "everything is consciousness" just means nothing exists outside of the "awareness" of it. Think of a dream: nothing in the "dream" exists outside of it while you’re "dreaming" it.

In the same way, every experience only “appears” because you’re aware of it. You’re not missing anything—it just seems complex because we’re so used to thinking things exist independently. But, without "awareness", nothing can appear at all.

So I have any misconceptions? Could you please point them out and clarify them for me, if you don't mind?

The biggest misconception is that you believe you are a person—an actual physical thing existing within and interacting with an unreal world.

That's close to Solipsism. "I'm real, everything/everyone else isn't".

However, if one thing is unreal, then everything must be unreal as well. What I mean by that is, if the world is unreal, then what you perceive as 'you' must also be unreal. Let’s break it down.

Think of the ocean as a simple example. When you look at the ocean and see a wave, you give it the name 'wave.' But the wave is not separate from the ocean; it is just a label. Both the wave and the ocean share the same substance—water. In this case, the water is 'Actuality,' the underlying reality. What you call a wave or an ocean, isn't that. It's water.

Similarly, consider a dream. No matter how real it appears while you're dreaming, when you compare it to this present moment, what do they have in common? It’s a single thing: awareness. The only reason you perceive a dream is because you are aware of it. The same applies here—the only reason you perceive this moment is because you are aware of it.

Now, if you go deeper, ask: Who is the one being aware? You’ll notice that there is an awareness of being aware. But if you want to be precise, even 'awareness' is just a label. What you truly are cannot be named or described because any name or description would limit it to that label. However, all of this is meaningless unless someone realizes it for themselves. Speaking about it is futile if one doesn’t see it directly.

I don’t usually like the referral of the “separate self” as if it it’s own entity when really it’s just a feeling or rather thought of separation

But yes , desire does exist due to feeling as though you are a separate single being in the world

So x isn't permanent. And it means that x is not real. So if awareness/knowing is the reason behind existance of Everything then everything is made up of awareness/knowing/That/" ".

But awareness always is. It just always there. And awareness/knowing are also labels.

Is that all? That's how it works?
