Seeing a doctor and disclosing my (female) autism diagnosis:
80 % chance of issues being dismissed as psychosomatic
10 % chance of issues being dismissed as psychosomatic after a basic blood count
8 % chance of being treated wrong because of a faulty diagnosis (e.g. send to do sports with a broken bone because it's 'just tensions')
2% chance of being treated properly
Learning how to change colours is hard and Libby sometimes struggles to make all her arms show the colours and patterns she wants them to show.
Well, Octopus arms can process sensory information and control movement independently of the central brain, so sometimes she has a hard time coordinating them. She is still young, she will get better at it.
Fire is an amazing photo motive.
Libby discovered a rather peculiar mountain. She even climbed onto a fence to see better. It seems to be man made, which is why she decided not to go too close.
This is from my autismawareness photo project: Autistic octopus Libby explores the world.
The laborious climb up to the 'Splügen-Pass' was worth it. Libby found a nice spot in the sun the enjoy the scenery.
Photo of the climb here.

Having eight arms for stimming is amazing!
Today Libby encountered some strange animals with solid legs. But they managed to climb with those just fine.
Today, Libby found the 'Splügen-Pass'. It was laborious climb but she managed. She is still very fascinated by mountains.
