I completely agree w this. What sucks is, because of this, the union my Dad and other family members are in ( I'm not sure about others), certain people on strike hold higher up spots on the list. So because they arent working their regular jobs right now, all the work that my family or others get or do, they aren't getting. So in turn, people are going broke, bills aren't getting paid, things are being lost. And shit is being all fucked up. I hate the way this system works. All because some pieces of shit at the top can't respect the people who work for them, so they would rather fuck up so many other people's lives than stop abusing people. Fucking bullshit.
