workouts:
Personally, i find the best workout for me to lose weight, or physichal activity in general, is the chloe ting 2 week shred challenge. I try to complete it once every month, giving myself a 2 week rest in between each time i do it. The workouts and duration are really challenging tho if im being honest so make sure you take your time and take as many breaks as you need from it or you could seriously injure yourself.
In the 2 week period between the challenge i make sure im getting 6k-10k steps a day and coonsitantly doing smaller exersizes to mantain my body. My other favorite workouts are haily cs thigh gap and arm workout as well as eva pilates 7 minute waist workout.
if you feel really unmotivated, id say aim for just htting 6k-10k steps or do a dance workout since they usually target the whole body and are more engaging and fun than a regulaur workout

what rlly helps me w fasting is to just sleep. this is much easier to do if your on a school break or during summer, but i genuinely just sleep all day. i eitehr use melatonin, or is the cravings are really bad, benadryl.
as contreversial as it may seem to some ppl, I reallyyyy encourage hanging out with friends often during your fasts, yes, you may be crankier than usually, yes, if the hangout involves eating or snacking of any type it can be challenging, but i honestly believe it not only builds discipline to ignore all the temptations surronding you, but it also serves as a distraction. isolating yourself during your fast will only give you more time to think about how much you want to break it, atleast thats how it is with me

if youre trying to starve during school days: if you have a school lunch account, offer to buy your friends lunch so it still pops up on your parents account that you bought and "ate" something at school that day. It will also be helpful once you run out of money on your account and are unable to buy anything nonetheless.
If youre able, try skipping lunch entirely and go to the library if you dont think you can handle being in the cafeteria.
i like to start the school day with filling my waterbottle with green tea, and once im done with it, i make sure to fill it all the way w water and drink it all before the school day is over.
what i like to also do is afterschool everyday i go to the public library and study all the way until it closes. i make sure to bring absoulutely NO MONEY WITH ME so even if there are stores around that I can buy food from, i'll have no choice but to stay at the library until it closes with no way of consuming anything. The only way to get food is to call my parents to pick me up early, which not only inconviences them, but it also cuts down on my studying time, and its a very glaring reminder of how I failed that day and the lengths i would go to to binge, that itself is enough to stop me from asking for an early pick up. And by the time I get home im so exhausted from school and straight studying that i collapse on my bed and immediately fall asleep.
i then fill my weekends with activties with friends so that i stay on the move and distracted, or if im unable to hangout, i either like to go on non-resturaunt centered outings with my family (usually just clothes or makeup shopping) or I give myself really big projects to do like redocarting my room enirely, volunteering, desiging a website, filling up an entire small notebook, painting a canvas and not stopping until its done, or finishing an entire book. These big projects usually leave me holed up in my room all day, so i either take my food upstaits to "eat" it while i work and just dispose of it, or I tell my family I want to work on the project for a little longer after they call me down for dinner, and go down after everyones left and make a "fake plate" for myself.

others tips that help me!
even though it sounds super weird, i draw on myself with dry erase markers the porportions i want to fit into. it gives me a more visual repersentation of my goal and motivates me alot more.
i highly reccomend to never ever everrr take the over the counter weight loss pills that are specifically ADVERTISED to be weightloss pills. cutting jellys and mixes are different, im talking about the pills that claim they will make you drop 10 pounds in a week, quicken your metabolism, and be a laxative all at once. half of these arent even fda approved, and even if they aare, i highlyyyyy reccomend searching online for factual artcles, reports, and long term results of said pill. ik some of you may think its worth the risk, but if you end up in the hospital for it, your parents will most definetly find out about your ed and you will most likely end up stuck in that hospital
you can still obviously take supplements that help in wl, for example i take apple cider gummers, lemon balm, glucotamine, and beherdryine!! just try to introduce them into oyur diet slowly and not all at once!!
honestly a hot take, but baby chewer toys are superrrr helpful to me when i js feel like snacking on smth, it sorta js satisfies me
make sure to realllyyyyy strecth each morning and night (im talking to those who regularly work out) since youre at a much higher risk for injury if your body isnt working with much fuel
