sarada’s summer break means a change of schedule for all of them. sakura can’t do much about her shifts at the hospital, but sasuke manages to work from home more often. once sakura and ino took turns watching sarada and inojin, but now ino’s gone and sai mentioned that he would prefer to spend some alone time with his son at this point. fortunately this week sasuke’s mother is able to watch sarada.

today sakura begins work at noon and she won’t be back until tomorrow. it’s a morning that they’re all home together, so sakura prepares her tea and sasuke’s coffee while her husband cooks breakfast. at the table, sarada draws some pictures and tells them that she intends to bring them to her grandmother’s.

with her small share of the work done, sakura places the mug of coffee by sasuke’s spot and a glass of milk by sarada’s. sitting down beside the girl, sakura sips on her tea.

she watches as sarada colours over a previous picture in red, slowly reducing the crayon to a short nub that she barely manages to hold between her fingers. the paper curls at the edges and is nothing than a mess of crimson wax.

Hi, all!

It’s been awhile since the last update! We want to start off by saying that we hope you’re all staying sane and healthy during these turbulent times. Everyone here at DICESUKI has been impacted differently by COVID-19. Kooriko is on the frontlines as a nurse, Tajina is currently working from a friend’s house, and Sitraxis is doing freelance work in a country under full quarantine. We’re all still trying to figure out a new “normal,” but we’ve since been able to sit down and plot out our plans for the rest of Evermore.

We know things are crazy, but! We have an announcement, and we hope it brings you some joy during these trying times. What announcement, you ask? A RELEASE DATE!

We are so excited to announce that Cinderella Phenomenon: Evermore will be officially released November 27, 2020! Early access will be available starting November 20. We know that it’s several months away, but that’s because we’ve chosen a date that will allow us to release a fully polished game. We’re sorry that we couldn’t get this game done as quickly as the original; we’ve been exceptionally busy in the years after the games’ release.

Please look forward to more frequent updates from us as we put our noses to the grindstone, and work on making this game worth the wait.

Thank you all so much for your patience, and for supporting our small team!

Edit: I was a bit exhausted. I forgot to mention that this piece was based on @lumoslyra’s drabble that she wrote for my previous work. She mentioned that Draco always sings nursery rhymes to Scorpius.

No one really believes her, not about Draco Malfoy. The sharp edges of his character have been softened, and there is lightness in his eyes and the way with which he carries himself. Everyone often tells her, “Oh, he’s the same prat, just taller,” and they laugh at old memories and continue chatting away. He’s still stoic, of course, and silver-tongued when irritated, and he still maintains an abrasiveness and unrestrained candor when he finds fault in others. Draco Malfoy is certainly not perfect, but ask Hermione Granger, and she’ll say with sparkling confidence:

“He’s a wonderful father.”

“Oi, sprog, no pinching–Granger, a little help?” Scorpius is restless and mumbling unintelligible but frustrated sounds, his hands anchoring on Draco’s face in an effort to pull away and reach for her.

Hermione laughs and enjoys the moment a little longer, how her heart swells at the mere sight of father and son. She never thought she’d be good for motherhood, not in the same way Ginny easily took to it. It had been an ideal scenario in her mind but never one to be realized. But here, with Scorpius and Draco, she feels in her element.

She reaches out for the younger blond. “Come here, darling.”

Scorpius’ baby laughter is infectious as Hermione lifts him into the air and presses her nose against his. He squeals in merriment and babbles on, grabbing at her hair in his tiny fists, and blowing bubbles with his mouth at the same time he’s puzzled by such an ability. When Draco catches his eye, his son blinks widely and grins gummily, and Draco can’t fight the smile that spreads across his face.

Together with his wife and son, he feels at home.

Scorpius scowled at the wall, still thinking about the colorful sweets that had been in his reach before Papa tore him away from them. Papa did a very bad thing as far as he was concerned, so no matter how much he called out for his attention, Scorpius would never look at him. Not until he caved in—and he would, if Scorpius had anything to say about it.

“He’s making those noises again.”

Draco maintained an air of nonchalance, and nothing in his posture would have suggested otherwise except for the subtle furrow of his brow.

Hermione laughed. “He’s a just a baby; he’ll make noises.”

He looked dubious, pausing to glance over his shoulder at his upset son, who had magically vanished and reappeared by the wall after Draco had firmly told him no and snatched the candies away.

“Your fear of your own son is charming, if I’m honest. Makes you human,” she teased.

“I’m not scared, Granger,” he snapped. “But mark my words, this is how hair is singed off if one’s not careful.”

Hermione pinned him with an accusing stare. “Sounds like you speak from experience.”

“I did it to my father for the same reason, and I’ll never forget the way he looked.”

The howl of laughter that followed made him wonder if he ought to turn his back on her and follow his son into the corner until she apologized as well.

So I’ve been chatting a lot with @kumatan0720 because I’m obsessed with her beautiful art of Dramione and their babies. And not only she was sweet enough to listen to all my headcanons about their three children and add amazing ideas of her own, she actually drew them for me. I AM IN LOVE. 😭😭💕

Without further ado, meet the Malfoy Three…

Scorpius Hyperion Malfoy (b. January 2006) is the eldest child of Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger Malfoy. He’s studious, observant, and a bit quiet, but is overall a very well-adjusted, happy child. His birth is key in reconciling the Malfoy family. The moment he’s first placed in her arms, Narcissa weeps and declares that he’s perfect. Lucius is frostier, but when he finds 3-year-old Scorpius reading to Hermione one day, he too is a goner.

Scorpius is kind and high-performing like his mother, and ambitious and persuasive like his father. He’s the spitting image of Draco and is Sorted into Slytherin. He has zero interest in Quidditch, but bonds with his dad over their love of alchemy and magical artifacts.

Scorpius is what his parents would eventually call “the trick baby.” He was so angelic as a toddler that they thought a second child would be a walk in the park. Imagine their consternation when they met baby number 2…
