Someone's growing a nice thick roll around his lower ribcage.
Somehow there's always one or two areas where a change startles you a bit when you weren't watching for it, or it happens faster than you expected or hoped. I'd be fixated on that one feature, scrutinizing it for any change in thickness, softness, or roundness.
The rest would be a pleasant surprise. As chubby his pecs and lower belly are already getting, will the new roll keep growing or just melt and merge into the mass beneath?

Umm, no, man, your fat straining against those harness straps must feel as hot as looks. Knowing this is still only the beginning of your gainer journey is exciting, isn't it.
Soon enough, you won't need a larger harness to feel yourself blimping bigger than ever. Once again, you'll discover you need to know whether "more, maybe a lttle more" is enough. (Spoiler: it's not.)
Raising the stakes may require commitment, time, introspection, enthusiasm, expense, and drive. In exchange, every success and advance amplifies your pleasure of accomplishment.
And all that influences you to keep trying, again and again, keep it going, feel it growing.

Perhaps because they can see him expanding all over, right in front of them. And they suspect its not accidental, I mean, look...
I did not mean to get this big
But obviously enjoying it more and more as he grows bigger and pudgier. It's hard to stop when you can't get your mind off how more will feel.
All the pink stretch marks remind me I am doing a good job.
Am I seeing radial stretchmarks, like a sunburst? Or is it some kind of immediate reaction? The vertical ones are also unexpected. Maybe they started out as braces (( . )) and straightened out as everything got wide enough? Oh wait, I'm either seeing faint braces, too, or projecting. It's interesting, what can I say?
Are there any things right now that would make you say, âOkay thatâs enough. Letâs pause.â This could be anything from a physical limitation to a response/reaction you receive, either in your work life or personal life. A small example could be something like no longer fitting into your favorite jacket, while a more extreme example could be something like worrying about a promotion due to possible upper management perceptions. I ask this knowing that goals change, so what your âlimitâ is today might be different in a month.

Damn that's a good question! I think part of the fun of gaining weight for me is not knowing what the limitation could be. I'm already far too fat for my favourite clothes so that didn't stop me. And something I've noticed as I've gotten bigger is that things, like comments, responses and physical limitations kind of become a guilty pleasure. Someone mentioning my weight as I struggle to squeeze through a tight space just sends me into a daze of thinking up future possibilities of getting stuck somewhere and all the reactions to it. Things I thought might be too far has turned into a goal. And things I never saw myself becoming is now all incan think about. But not getting a promotion would suck cos I think this belly deserves a raise, don't you?

Nobody can tell you exactly what you need to make your body respond the way you want. You figure it out by trying things. Eventually you see patterns that you can't reaist testing, but you don't stop wanting to try stuff and maybe discovering something that surprisea you.
Imagining yourself fatter becomes easier as you pile more on. Feeling your clothes growing more snug until something gets really tight confirms where and how much.
Things you wore all the time begin straining too much to wear out and about, unless you're feeling adventurous and don't mind looking flagrantly fatter. Or maybe you're into that or have places that feel comfortable.
Moving into larger sizes requires considering how much more you'll probably fill out, and how soon. That's easier if you're regaining, which can happen faster than before, so you're glad you saved some fat clothes. But it's easy to overshoot, and you usually do, so you might end up in bigger ones anyway. (Might? Ha!)
Who could resist going for more at this point? Speculating where it would go wouldn't be enough, but it would set the challenge.

Checkin' himself out in the middle of an expansive hallway, half hidden from an incoming stream of ordinary guys who walk past him --
This could be part of a scene where instead of deadpan stares straight ahead, the guys glance over, try not to look startled, then slow their gait for more time to stare all around that fine gut growing out of an appropriately stout man. A few flash a smile in appreciation or solidarity.
On guys who have a clear sightline all the way down the hall, you can clearly see their appreciation by the time they reach him. Then they either avert their eyes slightly as they pass or try locking with his. Those turning left need to go around him and can take advantage of the more complete view.
He's clearly preoccupied, though, and perhaps a little self-conscious about his gut hanging out of his shirt insread if it tenting over. Or maybe he just can't keep his hands off recent developments and doesn't care whether anybody notices.
That's all I'd change leaving the rest to the viewer.
