Major Announcement about TVB's Ownership

Hey, y'all! NegPos here.

So, after a bit of reflection, I've decided to step down as Host/Owner of The Violet Banquet. When I started this, I did not realize to what magnitude this would have become, and I've since realized that I've bitten off a bit more than I could chew. In addition, other things in my life have popped up, and all of that combined means that leaving this position is best for The Violet Banquet as a whole.

That said, I'm not leaving or anything. I'm gonna keep my position as a planner and continue to rp in the TVB Server at least until the Main Event in Feb. 2026. But, it's time for me to step down and let others take the reins. I'll be passing the role of Host/Owner to our wonderful archivist, @verdantviridity

I am really glad to see what TVB has become over the past several months; it is absolutely phenomenal, and I am glad that I had some part in creating this event and this server.

Thank you all, and may The Violet Banquet reach new heights with my abdication!

Team Violet is hosting a Barbeque Event!

Howdy, everyone! Our next minievent will be the Papyrbeque, a BBQ Event.

This will occur from August 13, 2025 (12 AM UTC-4 / EDT) to August 17, 2025 (11:59 AM UTC-4 / EDT). We'll be having various different mini-events during the BBQ!

This idea was brought to us by @goobschmoob, who also made the flyer attached.

Reminder that the Viole(n)t Bake does infact take place tomorrow at 12:45-1 pm (New York Time). We are so excited to have all the help we can get in the kitchen, so we’ll happily remind you it’s not too late to join-! Just jump onto the server, and run to the kitchen-!

The event shouldn’t last more than about 12 hours, max, since it’s supposed to be very lowkey. If you have any questions, it’s best to join the server to ask them there. Thank you.

The Viole(n)t Bake is coming up soon all my dear bakers-!!

I am so excited to invite you to our fun little event, which is planned to take place on July 10th, starting around 2:15 (New York Time). The event is planned to run for a few hours, since its really supposed to be a chill little time in the kitchen and I do hope I can see you all there. :D
