This is how I draw hands. I simplify the shape and then later I will add the necessary details. It makes it easier to get them right. But the only way to learn how to draw hands is to just keep drawing them.

I really love the chibiusa design, her pink hair and her red eyes, like a rabbit. I wanted to change the hairstyles of these characters, I think that chibiusa's hairstyle  looks good on Usagi, but makes her more childish. In case of Chibiusa, she looks very cute, like a little Usagi/sailor moon.
