Originally I planned to make Sephiroth look  pristine on the preview and filled with tiny cracks on the fullsize,  but then I thought about the percentage of people who actually look at  the full size vs. the amount of time it’s going to take and  reconsidered.

So he went from went from “pristine, until you look closely” to “broken and never repaired”. Actually, I prefer this one - it’s more “in the spirit” of kintsugi. That the gold-filled cracks aren’t flaws. Also tiny blood vessels because they are almost invisible on the full pic
